Xie Gongping, male, Han nationality, born in October 1968, started working in June 1992 and  joined the Communist Party of China in January 1999, holding a master degree. He acted as the Director of the Finance Office of Wulitun Sub-district Committee, Shushan District of Hefei City;   Party Secretary and Director of Qingyang Road Community and Residential Committee, Hefei City; Director of the Government Procurement Center of Shushan District, Hefei City, and Director of the Bidding Supervision and Administration Bureau of Shushan District of Hefei City. He is currently Member of the Board of Directors of Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd.,  Party Secretary and Chairman of Hefei Shushan District Urban Construction Investment Co., Ltd.
