WANG Jiwu, who comes from Jurong, Jiangsu, was admitted to the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University in 1988 and obtained a bachelor's degree in economics and a master’s degree in business administration there. Currently as the Board Chairman of Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd., he previously worked in the Beijing Real Estate Development & Operation Co., Ltd., Beijing Enterprises Holdings Limited and Hong Kong Jingtai Industrial Group.  

As an influential scholar in macroeconomics, corporate governance and technological innovation, Mr. WANG Jiwu has unique innovative thinking. And his related papers have received wide attention. He has published many books, with some of his theories and models, such as “Unification of Corporate Rights”, “Clustering Innovation” and “Triple Helix”, being successfully used in the fields of the governance of large holding enterprises and the development of strategic emerging industries with extensive influence.

Mr. WANG Jiwu was included into “Who is Who (Finance)” in 2002. In addition, he was entitled as Leading Figure in the Chinese Villa Market in 2006, one of China’s Top 10 Construction Talents in 2007, National Advanced Patriotic Entrepreneur in 2008, Advanced Worker of Tsinghua University in 2015, and one of China’s Top 10 Branded Figures in 2016 and many others.

As an outstanding graduate from Tsinghua University, WANG Jiwu has demonstrated his love and care for his Alma Mater through repeated donation, with his total donation amount ranking among the top individual donations to colleges and universities nationwide. As an economist, WANG Jiwu regularly holds lectures in Tsinghua University and other universities and serves as an MBA student tutor and class tutor at the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University.
