 Mr. WU Xu was born in Chongqing in October 1963. He graduated from Chongqing University and majored in Master of Business Administration in 2001. He graduated from the CEO training class of China Europe International Business School in 2007. Now, he studies in the global finance GFD Jinbo project class of PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University. 
Mr. WU Xu acted as the chief engineer of Chongqing Building Management Station during 1982-1991 and the executive vice General Manager of China Chongqing International Corp. for Econ. & Tech. Cooperation during 1992-1994. Since 1994, he has founded Sincere Group and has acted as chairman of the board and president. Now, he acts as the Vice Chairman of Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd. and the Chairman of Tus-Sincere Science City Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. 
At present, Mr. WU Xu also acts as the standing committee member of Chongqing Municipal Political Consultative Conference, the Vice Chairman of Chongqing Municipal Association of Industry and Commerce and the Vice Chairman of Chongqing Municipal Association of Entrepreneurs.
