Shi Ruifeng, male, Han ethnicity, born in November 1980. He graduated from the School of Aerospace Engineering, Tsinghua University in 2008 with a Doctor of Engineering degree. He formerly served as Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Industrial Park of Sanmenxia City, Henan Province, and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Hebi National Economic and Technological Development Zone, among other positions. During his tenure in local government, as well as at China Fortune Land Development (CFLD) and Tus-Holdings, he has been consistently devoted to the operation and management of industrial parks, the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, and the incubation of technology enterprises. He is currently serving as Vice President of Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd. and President of TusCity Group, among other positions.
