Mr. WANG Shugui obtained a bachelor degree in Science from the College of Urban and Environmental Sciences at Peking University in 1997 and a master degree in Management Science and Engineering from the School of Public Policy and Management (SPPM) at Tsinghua University in 2000. After graduation, Mr. Wang Shugui has successively been engaged in the new business planning, development and sale, the marketing, planning and consulting and other work in the telecommunication, IT and other fields. 

In 2006, he worked as director and vice General Manager in Top Marketing & Communication Group and was responsible for the marketing consulting service projects of China Unicom, Microsoft, HP and other customers.

In 2009, he joined China Private Ventures Limited, successively acted as the vice General Manager of the subsidiary, vice General Manager of the Investment and Financing Business Department, sales supervisor and Vice President, and was responsible for the marketing work of the Group and the management of Yadu, Jurong Baijun and other holding companies.

Mr. WANG Shugui is a part-time researcher of the Center for International Science and Technology Policy of Tsinghua University and has published many papers and research reports in the regional development, technology innovation, venture investment, knowledge management, multinational corporation R & D network and other fields.
