On May 10, 2013 Unisplendour Corporation held the 22nd meeting of the fifth Board of Directors, Wang Jiwu was appointed to the Chairman of the board by Unisplendour Corporation. They announced this news on May 15.TusPark becomes the biggest shareholder after finished registration of transfer procedures and acquired 51,520,000 shares. The new pattern of Modern technology services of TusPark Co., Ltd is "one main park, one research institute, four main business sectors, three small business sectors, one listed company" , the total management and control assets is over 30 billion yuan.
