Tsinghua University Science Park Delegation Attends "Open Innovation" International Forum Print

TusPark Co., Ltd Executive Vice President Li Zhiqiang, Senior Vice President Chen Hongbo, Miao Chun and Sun Man of Technology Assessment Operations Center invited by organizer attended "Open Innovation" International Forum in Moscow on October 31 to November 2, 2012. Mr. Li Zhiqiang gave a speech about "Should the Infrastructure Construction of Technology Innovation Receives Subsidies from Government or Commercial Investment?”. Mr. Chen Hongbo joined in the debate on "The Relationship between the Construction of Innovation Zone and Innovative Country", his speech aroused great interest and wildly discussion among attendees from the same industry and other industries.

"Open Innovation" International Forum is jointly organized by the Municipal Government of Moscow, Foreign Economic Bank of Russia, Skolkovo Foundation, Promotion and Development Foundation for Technology-based SME and other institutes, it aims to further deepen and promote the construction and development of innovation system in Russia, and to strengthen international cooperation around the world. Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and Vice Premier Surkov attended the forum.

TusPark delegation was invited separately by CEO Oleg V. MOVSESYAN of Moscow State University Science Park and Vice-Chancellor of Alexei Mihajlovi of National Chiao Tung University who is responsible for innovation management to visit these two universities. During the visit of Moscow State University Science Park, the two sides reached a consensus to establish offices, strengthen all-round cooperation and arrange liaisons etc. these discussions will as a bridge to further promote cooperation between TusPark and Moscow State University Science Park.

During the visit to Moscow, National Chiao Tung University, professors were full of praise for achievements in the field of technology innovation services of TusPark after they listened carefully to the introduction of TusPark. The two parties reached a preliminary agreement on TusPark will provide services for the construction of Moscow, National Chiao Tung University Park and specifically discussed roadmap and timetable for cooperation.

This visit is abundant, effective and successful. Each party will further discuss about to continuously push forward with the implementation of cooperation.
