Chairman Mei Meng and CEO Wang Jiwu Meet with Vice President Allen Yeung of HKSTPPrint

On September 14, 2013, Chairman Mei Meng and CEO Wang Jiwu met with Vice President Allen Yeung in charge of Business Development and Technology Support of Hong Kong Science and Technology Park(HKSTP) at TusPark Club. Chairman Mei Meng gave a sincere welcome to Mr. Allen Yeung for his visit to Tsinghua University Science Park at the weekend after his participation in the Zhongguancun Forum, and CEO Wang Jiwu recalled the good impression on him when he paid a visit to Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks in May this year, and introduced the recent developments of Tsinghua University Science Park and its operating company TusPark Co., Ltd. to the visiting guests.



 
Hong Kong Science and Technology Park is located on the coast to the east of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and is one of the world’s most scenic science parks. Since its inception in 2001, HKSTP, through providing facilities, services and vibrant hardware and software environment, has made great contributions in promoting incubation, innovation and development of high-tech companies, helping to build Hong Kong into a world-class technology hub in key technological areas, and enhancing the technological and economic development of Hong Kong, the Mainland and even the world.
 
In order to strengthen the exchanges and cooperation between Tsinghua University Science Park and Hong Kong Science and Technology Park, following the formal establishment of HKSTP’s Zhongguancun Liaison Office in Tsinghua University Science Park on March 26 this year, a delegation of Tsinghua University Science Park led by CEO Wang Jiwu paid a visit to Hong Kong Science and Technology Park on May 25 this year, and CEO Wang Jiwu attended the opening ceremony of Hong Kong Liaison Office of Tsinghua University Science Park, which opened a new chapter for the exchanges and cooperation between Tsinghua University Science Park and Hong Kong Science and Technology Park.
 
During the meeting, both parties agreed that the cooperation between the two parks should be further promoted through mutual visits, personnel exchanges, participation in and support of each other’s exchange activities, cooperation in substantive projects, etc, so as to gradually develop a new road of cooperation between science parks and create a win-win situation.
 
Chen Hongbo, Senior Vice President of TusPark Co., Ltd. and Du Peng, Special Assistant to CEO and Director of Hong Kong Liaison Office of Tsinghua University Science Park also attended the meeting.
