President Wang Jiwu Is Invited to Make a Keynote Speech in the 2014 Asian Finance ForumPrint

The 2014 Asian Finance Forum was held in Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center hosted by HKSAR and HKTDC from Jan 13 to 14. Tus-Holdings President Wang Jiwu was invited to attend the forum with a delegation and made a speech in terms of China’s urbanization. Chief Executive of Hong Kong, Liang Zhenying met with Wang Jiwu and his team before the conference began.
President Wang raised his ideas from a perspective of China’s urbanization in his speech and deemed that China’s urbanization would be an extremely important issue in the next two decades. China’s urbanization would introduce many promising opportunities into varied industries in China. It must implement the innovation of modes and systems instead of the former urban sprawl mode. One important issue needed to be resolved is the liberation of labor in the new round urbanization process during which the development of finance service industry and science and technology service industry tend to play a critical role.
As a comprehensive large enterprise in reliance of Tsinghua University, Tus-Holdings has been promoting the mutual development of science and technology innovation and urbanization proactively through two decades’ development and exploration and successfully built up the platform for STP and new-type development of urbanization, financial asset management, the platform for innovation research and consulting, and the platform for industrial operation management centered with Yadu,Tsinghua Solar, Unis Corp.. It operated many projects like new towns of science and technology and new towns of intelligence in nearly 20 cities nationally through science and technology innovation and industry upgrading. Besides that, it invested in and established the first Sino-U.S. transnational incubator base in Silicon Valley and committed to expanding its science park service in Hong Kong, South Korea, Russia, and Israel and other countries and regions.
