Board Chairman MEI Meng and Vice CEO CHEN Hongbo of Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd., DING Lei, Director of Business Development of Unisplendour Corporation Limited, SHEN Quanhong, General Manager of TusPark Business Incubator Co., Ltd. and other executives participated in the research.
Board Chairman MEI Meng gave a warm welcome to Secretary-General ZHU Yan and his entourage. Vice CEO CHEN Hongbo introduced TusPark’s advanced concepts, practices and experience on the planning, operation and management of science parks and incubators in the past 20 years. Secretary-General Zhu expressed his full recognition of the experience accumulated and achievements made by Tsinghua Science Park during its long-term operation. When talking about the topic of “Service is a core competitiveness of the science park”, Secretary-General Zhu asked about the specific contents of TusPark innovation service system, and carefully learned about, evaluated and discussed each item of the service contents. Considering that such specific service contents as company registration assistance, application for high-tech enterprise identification and handling of personnel file formalities were still an important part of TusPark’s innovative services, he pointed out that one of the reasons was that the social macro environment for innovation encouragement and entrepreneurship facilitation needed to be further improved. Therefore, on the one hand, we should encourage and support the development of science parks and incubators to make up for this deficiency, on the other hand, we need to enhance the intensity and speed to build an environment conducive to innovation and entrepreneurship, and make joint efforts to achieve the ardent expectations and ambitious goals proposed by General Secretary XI Jinping for Beijing’s future development.
Deputy Secretary-General ZHU Yan concluded that TusPark and Tus-Holdings should make full use of their own advantages, make suggestions and contribute efforts for the relief of the pressure on Beijing’s central area and joint development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
Deputy Secretary-General ZHU Yan is an expert and precursor in the science park industry, who was actively involved in organizing the 1995 World Conference of International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation (IASP) held in China for the first time, and once served as a council member of IASP and Chairman of IASP Asia-Pacific Branch.
