The Demo Day of TusStar Entrepreneurship Camp (Beijing) Is Held for the First TimePrint

On the afternoon of April 17,2014,the Demo Day of TusStar Entrepreneurship Camp (Beijing)was held in International Conference center of Tsinghua University Science Park (TusPark) for the first time. This is the first concentrated show for the participants from the “TusStar Entrepreneurship Camp “(Beijing), hundreds of investors from TusPark Ventures , Qiming Venture Partners, Roots Cap , SB China Venture Capital (SBCVC) and ZhenFund all took part in the Demo Day.

The participant enterprises of the first Demo Day were all selected from recruiting project of TusStar Entrepreneurship Camp they have established the contact with entrepreneurial mentors and corporate counselors through pre-interview and met more entrepreneurial partners and mentors by participating in TusPark Entrepreneurial Salon, TusPark Entrepreneurial Remit ,etc. and received lots of help in the entrepreneurial process. The first Demo Day took the easiest and most popular way of 10 minutes ‘the demo, a total of 19 enterprises was involved in the Demo Day. The industries more concentrated in the APP development, Internet technology research and development, educational science and technology development, and environmental technology research and development and other fields. There was no lengthy speech or fancy ceremony, but entrepreneurs’ real presentation and practical comments from investors.

The first Demo Day ended at six o"clock in the afternoon. With the strong support of event sponsors Tsinghua University Park branch of China Merchants Bank, the organizers prepared business banquet for the participants and investors of TusStar Entrepreneurship Camp (Beijing) at Tsinghua Science Park JF café, so as to build further exchange platform for Start-ups and investors.
