On May 8, 2014, the third China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest press conference was held in Beijing and officially opened the prelude to the third contest. Board Chairman of Tus-Holdings, Mei Meng, was invited to attend this press conference as a representative of major judging guests. Mr. Mei Meng has been invited to China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest as the steering committee member and the judge of finals since 2012.He has been committed to the highest domestic Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest platform to promote the development of innovative science and technology enterprises in China.

Directed by the Ministry of Science, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance and the National Federation of Industry and Commerce and supported by the CYL Central Committee, China Zhi Gong Party, State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, China Petroleum and China Merchants Bank , Led by Torch High Technology Industry Development Center , China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest started from 2012, Chairman of Tus-Holdings, Mei Meng, one of the founders of the first Class A national university science park –TusPark , has been engaged in the construction and management of TusPark and has comprehensive and in-depth research and extensive practical experience about the construction and development of Chinese university science park and cooperation among industry ,academy and research, etc. He put forward to the theory "Four Clustering Model" of science park which has an important influence on the construction and development of science park and regional innovation system. As a professor in Tsinghua University, chairman Mei Meng also opened courses "Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice of Science and Technology", "Entrepreneurial Opportunity Identification and Business Plan", “Start Up New Businesses “ and so on in Tsinghua University and has been  committed to cultivate innovative talents in the university campus and carry forward to the entrepreneurial culture.

According to introduction, as one of the top innovation entrepreneurship contest, China Innovation Entrepreneurship Contest used the "governments guide, public support, markets operate” pattern, aiming to further improve the level of entrepreneurship and innovation in our country, strengthen the combination of science and finance, innovate evaluation way of science and technology projects, vigorously carry forward to the innovative entrepreneurial culture, create a good innovative entrepreneurial atmosphere. At the same time, the contest combining the government’s guiding role and market’s decisive role in the allocation of resources,  gathering social forces, integrating various resources, Set up the service platform, provides participating companies with business counseling, venture capital, bank credit, training of share reform to promote the innovative development of small and medium-sized technology enterprises.
