TusStar Entrepreneurial Camp 2014 Holds First Training in Xi'anPrint

Since TusStar Entrepreneurial Camp 2014 (Xi'an) started recruiting on March 28th, total eleven projects were finally selected from the first training camp held on July 17th, 2014 after four professional interviews. Zang Mingying, the Director of TusHoldings Education Development，the president of Tus Business School was invited to encourage these trainees who were selected in TusStar Entrepreneurial Camp 2014 (Xi'an). He hoped that entrepreneurs could benefit from the spectacular stage provided by TusPark and Tus-star.

The trainer of Tus Business School, Xu Xingdong led entrepreneurs to experience the interesting and meaningful team building courses by integrating activities and games. Mu Huaiyu, the general manager of DECN Enterprise Management Consulting Co.,Ltd, top ten entrepreneurship mentors of Shanxi Province, YBC mentor shared with entrepreneurs his excellent entrepreneurship experience. His rich entrepreneurship experience and charisma infected and influenced everyone in the class. The entrepreneurs already on the way were firmer and those just set foot on the venture journey were hopeful about the future. 

At the end of activities, Zhou Wei, lecturer of Tus Business School illustrated to entrepreneurs the essence of building innovative and entrepreneurial teams from all aspects. He enlightened everyone in three aspects including entrepreneurial team analysis, team understanding, team role analysis and management and brought in old fables and team testing activities, such as "concentric rod". People on the spot burst into applause and interacted frequently. After one-day training, entrepreneurs all had the new perception and interpretation of their own teams and benefited a lot from it.

TusStar Entrepreneurial Camp 2014 was a large-scale Public Entrepreneurship Training and Angel Investment Plan launched by TusHoldings facing to global entrepreneurs. It was supported by Tus Global Incubation Network and epitomized TusPark's entrepreneurial service achievements in the past 20 years.
