Post Time:2014-10-29来源:

On August 28th, 2014, on the occasion of TusPark’s 20th anniversary, the TusPark International Advisory Committee was established.

In the early days when TusPark was founded, TusPark has given the priority to the internationalization strategy among the three strategies including the supporting platform strategy, radiant development strategy, etc., and constantly improved its notability and influence. The significance to the internationalization strategy of TusPark mainly lies in “three in and one out”: “three in” means bringing in foreign enterprises, talents and technology and “one out” means pushing the enterprises of TusPark out to the world. To realize Chinese enterprises walking out to the world, in addition to the implementation of the “three in and one out” policy in TusPark, the TusPark network should also be built up in the world and points should be set abroad not only to help Chinese enterprises go onto the world stage, but also attract outstanding foreign talents and technology. The internationalization strategy tops the three strategies of TusPark. TusPark will successively set up all kinds of incubators and branch parks afer establishing the first international incubator has been established in the Silicon Valley. TusPark is in need of advice and suggestions from foreign government officials, managers of science parks, senior experts and scholars, etc.

Another truth beyond doubt is the development of technology is extremely rapid in the world today, which humans have never faced before. The development of science and technology has brought profound changes to human life, followed by the deeply influenced enterprise’s operation pattern. Modern scientific and technological revolution has brought great changes to the resource structure of an enterprise. Information and knowledge has gradually taken place of the raw materials and cheap labor force and has increasingly become the important resources for the survival of an enterprise. In former times, it took decades or even centuries to build up an enterprise. Nowadays, it will take Xiaomi phone only three years to build up an enterprise with a ten billion fortune. All these are the great changes to the development pattern of enterprises owing to the development of technology. Under this great background of the rapid change in scientific life, TusPark will make incubators, establish science parks and science cities so as to incubate and help develop the high-tech enterprises. Since the development pattern of the enterprises has greatly changed, TusPark needs to ask these experts for analysis and guidance of all the followings: in the next five years, ten years and twenty years, what are the changes to the pattern of developing an enterprise, what future incubators and science parks should do, and which elements the future science parks should include.

TusPark has carefully followed and steadily pushed the strategy for the past twenty years since the internationalization strategy was made. Along with the constant development, TusPark has made universally recognized achievements on internationalization. Tus-Holdings of TusPark reads widely and absorbs what is best, and combines Chinese and Western elements to explore and practice the scientific and technical innovation theory with Chinese characteristics as well as the "going out" strategy, which has been widely accepted and become the example of the science park in the industry around the world. New innovations should always be made and slow progress will lead to receding. Future TusPark is certain to constantly deepen its internationalization to become seamless integrated into the international standards. Facing the whole world, TusPark will explore to integrate its innovation service system into the world’s regional innovation and development path, and sets the international incubation as an important objective. TusPark should respond to the national “going-out” policy, constantly push the “internationalization” strategy, take root in innovation markets of the developing countries and regions in the world and lay international networks of TusPark series to provide the environment for Chinese enterprises to strike root abroad and all-round multilevel service, and promote the harmonious win-win and sustainable development of Chinese enterprises and resident areas. All these are in need of the helpful ideas, methods and experience given by the experts and idea bank on how to set up the overseas science park and how to strengthen the cooperation of international science parks and enterprises in the parks.

Under the above conditions and background, the International Advisory Board of TusPark came into being under Tus-Holdings President Wang Jiwu’s proposal.
