TusPark Entitled as One of the First “IRCs” for the Zhongguancun Collaborative Innovation Service Platform Print

　　On the morning of September 24, the Administrative Committee of the Zhongguancun Haidian Science Park held the “Zhongguancun Collaborative Innovation Service Platform Start-up & Launching Ceremony” in the Exhibition Center of the Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone. Yang Jianhua (Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of the Zhongguancun Science Park), Zhang Guanglian (Deputy Director of the Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission), Meng Jingwei (Deputy Head of the Haidian District People's Government and Director of the Administrative Committee of the Zhongguancun Haidian Science Park), Zhang Bin (Head of the Technical Market Management Section of the Torch High Technology Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Science & Technology), Wang Dedao (Head of the Patent Management Section of the Beijing Intellectual Property Office) and Liang Jie (Standing Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of the Zhongguancun Haidian Science Park and Director of the Beijing Haidian District Science & Technology Commission) attended this event.

　　On the ceremony, TusPark was entitled as one of the first batch of “IRCs” for the Zhongguancun Collaborative Innovation Service Platforms. Mei Meng (Board Chairman of Tus-holdings) gave a speech on behalf of this IRC. And Zhang Jinsheng (Vice President of Tus-holdings and Board Chairman of the Beijing TusPark Incubator Co., Ltd.) obtained the “IRC” plaque on the stage on behalf of TusPark. In addition, the first batch of innovation instructor representatives of the Zhongguancun Collaborative Innovation Service Platform were granted the letters of appointment on the stage. Zhang Jinsheng was also one of them.

　　As a one-stop service platform for technological innovation and technology transfer, the Zhongguancun Collaborative Innovation Service Platform will adopt the advanced B2B+020 business mode, set up an R&D and innovation docking platform, improve the docking mechanism between regional innovation resources and corporate R&D demands, collect and release the supply & demand information regarding techological innovation, build an on-line and off-line technical exchange & cooperation network, integrate the forces of technological agencies and promote the sharing of technological resources among universities and research institutes. This platform supports the building of IRCs by service carriers and the construction of innovation instructor teams. 
　　The fact that TusPark has been entitled as one of the first “IRCs” not only shows the full social affirmation of the sound running of TusPark but also indicates greater requirements on the future development of TusPark. So TusPark will make full use of various advantageous resources within a wider regional range to optimize its own service level, so as to provide the innovation & start-up enterprises with better services.
