Tus-Holdings Signs A Strategic Cooperation Agreement with the Longgang District of Shenzhen for the Construction of TusPark Shenzhen Print

　　On the afternoon of September 19, there was a signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation between Tus-holdings and the Longgang District of Shenzhen. Wang Jiwu (President of Tus-holdings) and other leaders of Tus-holdings, such as Zhao Dong, Wang Shugui, Chai Xiaowei, An Hongping and Tang Gengsheng, together with Yang Hong (Party Committee Secretary of the Longgang District of Shenzhen), Feng Xianxue (Head of the Longgang District) and other leaders of the Longgang District, such as Xiong Xiaoping, Guo Ziping, Hu Jiadong, Yang Li and Hou Hai, as well as the relevant department heads participated in this signing ceremony.
 

　　The Longgang District People’s Government will build an industry-academy-research functional zone in the Dayun New Town of the Longgang District, introducing the “Three Highs and One Platform” resources to improve the regional development quality. As the leader of science parks, Tus-Holdings will cooperate with the Longgang District on the construction of “TusPark Shenzhen” in advantage of its own business expertise and resources advantages with the support of the Tsinghua University. 
　　Tus-holdings President Wang Jiwu gave thanks to the Longgang District for its great support in terms of policy and service. Wang said that Tus-Holdings paid great attention to and looked forward to the construction of the Longgang Project and that Tus-Holdings would create a “Pearl River Delta Innovation Corridor” with the Longgang District as the hub. He showed his wish for the initial formation of “TusPark Shenzhen” and the launching of the project in the coming year, which would promote the implementation of the “Two High-ends and Two Innovations” Strategy in the Longgang District.
　　According to Yang Hong (Party Committee Secretary of the Longgang District of Shenzhen) and Feng Xianxue (Head of the Longgang District), with the introduction of more and more resources, the Longgang District would have more and more business opportunities. They were glad to hear about the construction of TusPark Shenzhen in Longgang. They believed that the involvement of Tus-Holdings would lead to the constant introduction of innovation-driving resources into Longgang. They wished both parties to promote the construction of “TusPark Shenzhen” at the highest speed, so as to see the expected result as soon as possible.   
　　Next to the Sino-foreign Cooperative Higher Education Mega Center and the gymnasium, “TusPark Shenzhen” is the functional core of the Dayun New Town. Tus-holdings will adopt the block community design in its overall development, so as to turn it into a hi-tech industrial cluster with R&D design, headquarters office and industrial cultivation as its main functions, combined with the general community functions. At the same time, the fruitful achievements and rich experience gathered in the technological service industry in the past two decades will be introduced into Longgang for the construction of the industry-academy-research integration platform and the innovation service system, thereby turning “TusPark Shenzhen” into a gathering place of high-end industries, high-end talents and innovation & start-up resources.
