With the Launch Of TusPark (Hong Kong), TusHoldings PRD Innovation Corridor Basically Takes ShapePrint

On December 4, 2014, the TusPark (Hong Kong)project, located in Kowloon East CBD2, Hong Kong, was officially started. It is expected that the Phase I reconstruction work will be completed in February 2015, when it will be put into use.


TusPark (Hong Kong) is located in Kowloon East, with a total area of 3,500 m2. Upon completion of reconstruction, it will become the largest single “Co-Work Space” in Hong Kong, and provide independent or public office space for technological innovation and entrepreneurship, public conference facilities, business support programs, investment service in Hong Kong and other professional services. In addition, the “Work Grounds” in Central and Causeway Bay will also be put into use at the same time.



Following the establishment of its first overseas incubator in Silicon Valley, U.S.A., the launch of TusPark (Hong Kong) is TusHoldings’ another major move in terms of international expansion. As a part of TusHoldings’ network composed of nearly thirty TusStar incubators, TusPark branches and TusCity throughout China, TusPark (Hong Kong) will be committed to provide one-stop services for international distribution of a number of domestic leading technology enterprises, and serve as one of the important support platforms to promote the domestic high-tech start-ups to seek international development. TusPark (Hong Kong), TusPark Guangzhou and Shenzhen Unisplendour Information Harbor that have been put into operation by TusHoldings as well as Shenzhen Longgang Tus-City under construction will integrate into one organically through information and resource sharing, so as to achieve the overall layout of TusHoldings’ strategic plan of forming the Pearl River Delta innovation corridor.

Prior to the project starting ceremony, Mr. Wang Jiwu (President of TusHoldings) and Mr. Du Peng (Vice President of TusHoldings) had a talk with Ms. Fanny Law (deputy of National People’s Congress of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and board chairman of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation) and Mr. Allen MA Kam-sing (CEO of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation). During the talk, Mr. Wang Jiwu said TusPark Hong Kong was an important station of TusHoldings’ strategy of “Based in China, Targeted at the World” and an important measure to achieve TusHoldings’ vision of becoming a global model in the technological service industry. And he hoped that the Chinese enterprises around the world could actively take advantage of this innovative service networkand promote the development of their international business. Ms. Fanny Law specially mentioned, “I hope Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation, TusHoldings and TusPark will work together to intensify cooperation in business startup services, technology finance and international exchanges, and jointly build and improve Hong Kong’s innovation and entrepreneurial environment.”

TusPark (Hong Kong) is also the first bearing base for Zhongguancun to radiate across Hong Kong, and emerges to satisfy the globalization layout needs of the leading technology enterprises in Zhongguancun and Haidian District. At the conceptual stage of TusPark(Hong Kong), TusHoldings conducted extensive discussions with the Haidian District Government, the Zhongguancun Administrative Committee and other government departments as well as the parties concerned in Hong Kong. And the project won support from the principal leaders of the Haidian District Government and the Zhongguancun Administrative Committee as well as Invest Hong Kong, Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation, Hong Kong Trade Development Council and other relevant institutions in Hong Kong. TusPark(Hong Kong)’s cooperation with Hong Kong Baichuanhui, Hong Kong Information Technology Joint Council, Hong Kong Business Angel Network, Tsinghua Alumni Association of Hong Kong and other related institutions is also under active progress and implementation.
