TusPark Is Included In the Global Case Collection of Harvard Business SchoolPrint

　　A few days ago, the case of construction and development of TusPark innovation and entrepreneurship platform planned, developed and operated by Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd. was included in the case collection of Harvard Business School. On the occasion of the 20thanniversary of TusPark, Professor Gao Jian, Deputy Dean of Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, and Associate Professor JiaNing, Deputy Director of China Business Case Center, prepared the case through careful surveys. The case looks back on the mission and vision of TusPark, systematically summarizes the typical characteristics and inspiring aspects of TusPark in the different development phases and its main results and special models in terms of training of innovative personnel, incubation of start-up enterprises and transfer of technological achievements, and makes a research on the enterprise-university-research institute cooperation issue based on TusPark.

　　It is mentioned in the case that in the past 20 years, TusParkhas been committed to buildinga better small environment and become a “greenhouse”. After 20 years of practice, it has ranked among the world’s first-class universityscience parks. With the rapid development of the society and emergence of new technologies, some social contradictions have also become increasingly prominent, such as environmental pressure, energy pressure and new-style urbanization. The “Greenhouse” of TusPark also faces two major challenges: one is under the background of the rapid development of the society, how TusParkcontinues to embody its value in the future? The other is what challenges the development of science and technology will bring for traditional industries (including science park industry)? There are both challenges and opportunities in the future. China’s industrial structure is under adjustment, and the global technology transfer is changing; in view of this situation, Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd., that is, the construction, operation and management unit of TusPark, is making positive arrangement in science and technology service industry. Science parks will still play an important role in a new round of strategic development.
