On November 6, Tus Financial Service Group was formally established in TusPark in Kunshan New Hi-tech Area. Du Xiaogang (deputy Party secretary and mayor of Kunshan), Tian Chuanzhan (deputy general manager of SME Department of Bank of China), Wang Jiwu (president of TusHoldings), and Ma Zhigang (director of TusHoldings and board chairman of Tus Financial Group) participated in the opening ceremony and gave speeches successively. Huang Ji (Party secretary and director of Suzhou Bureau of Science and Technology), Huang Jian (member of municipal Party committee of Kunshan, secretary of Party committee of Kunshan New Hi-tech Area and director of the Management Committee of Kunshan New Hi-tech Area), Guan Fengliang (member of municipal Party committee of Kunshan and executive deputy mayor of Kunshan), Jin Jianhong (deputy mayor of Kunshan), together with other responsible persons of the municipal Party committee of Kunshan, the municipal government of Kunshan and various administrations of the New Hi-tech Area as well as representatives of financial institutions and enterprises such as China Development Bank, Bank of China, Bank of Ningbo, Huaxia Bank, China Everbright Bank and Agricultural and Commercial Bank of Kunshan, attended and witnessed the opening ceremony and participated in the related agreement signing and opening processes. This ceremony was chaired by Zhu Chunrong, president assistant of TusHoldings and general manager of Tus Suzhou.

Settlement of Tus Financial Service Group in Kunshan indicates a new step and stage of the cooperation between TusHoldings and Kunshan. TusHoldings will continue to promote the linking of its own resources and the resources of Tsinghua University with the resources of Kunshan. It will promote the cluster type industrial innovation by virtue of the settlement of the “three-in-one” innovative business mode consisting of science and technology services, finance and industry, and realize the major leading function of high-tech industries in industry-city integration and industry-finance combination.

Tus Financial Service Group will conduct innovative financial services from the following two aspects: Firstly, it will make the best of TusHoldings’ global innovation and entrepreneurship service network and enterprise big data resources, build an Internet financial platform aiming to meet the full life-cycle financing needs of enterprises, and provide SMEs with diversified, multi-level and multi-channel innovative financial services; Secondly, it will rely on the innovative, headquarters-type and leading industrial enterprises subordinate to TusHoldings, Kunshan Venture Holdings and Kunshan New Hi-tech Area, and perform industrial and financial innovations such as high-tech finance, cultural finance, energy finance and environmental finance. 

With an initial registered capital of RMB 500 million, Tus Financial Service Group is an innovative financial headquarters jointly established by Tus-Financial Group and Tus Jiangsu subordinate to TusHoldings and Kunshan Venture Holdings and Kunshan New Hi-tech Area subordinate to State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Kunshan. In the early period after establishment of Tus Financial Service Group, it will cooperate with such financial institutions as Bank of China and Bank of Ningbo, and achieve the overall fund scale of RMB 15 billion by virtue of such lever platforms as SME innovation fund, enterprise innovation acceleration financial program, and new energy industrial fund of Bank of China.

Settlement of Tus Financial Service Group in Kunshan indicates that the new round of strategic cooperation between Tsinghua University and Suzhou City, namely “Suzhou-Tsinghua Innovation Program”, has achieved initial results quickly, and provides new driving force for the construction of South Jiangsu National Innovation Core Demonstration Area in Kunshan.

 At the opening ceremony, the launch ceremony of Tus Smart Park Management System as well as the agreement signing and opening ceremony of Made in China 2025 Expressway Program (consisting of such innovation platforms and hi-tech projects as product diagnosis hospital, innovative incubator, Financial Club of Cross Straits Enterpriser, high-density flash memory chip and smart health manager) were also held. Thereinto, Tus Smart Park Management System is a new generation of smart park operation platform built based on TusHoldings’ over 20 years of experience in science and technology service provision in the unique operation thoughts of “interaction of park, community and college”, “three-in-one integration of finance, industry and services”, and “cooperation of Tsinghua University, TusHoldings and local government”, and has developed such online products as “Campaign+”, “Guangyouhui” and “Park+”.
