Beijing New Media Accelerator, an International New Media Incubation Platform Jointly Developed by Beijing International Advertising & Communication Group Co., Ltd. and Tus-Media, Settled in CBDPrint

On July 2, 2015, Beijing New Media Accelerator, an international new media Incubation platform jointly developed by Beijing International Advertising & Communication Group Co., Ltd. (BIACG) and Tus-Media, was settled in Beijing National Advertising Industrial Park located in CBD of Beijing. The two parties will fully integrate their resources and build a one-stop mass-innovation channel for the new media industry in China from CBD to Asia and even the whole world relying on the location advantages of this industrial park and TusHoldings’ strong resources such as TGN international mass-innovation platform. Wang Ying (board chairwoman of BIACG), Du Peng (board chairman of Tus-Media), Yan Junhong (chief operating officer of BIACG and general manager of Advertising Business Center of BIACG), and Zhang Huishi (executive director of TusPark Hong Kong) cut the ribbon at the opening ceremony of Beijing New Media Accelerator. 



Yan Junhong (chief operating officer of BIACG and general manager of Advertising Business Center of BIACG), Wang Ying (board chairwoman of BIACG), Du Peng (board chairman of Tus-Media), and Zhang Huishi (executive director of Hong Kong TusPark) are jointly cutting the ribbon at the opening ceremony of Beijing New Media Accelerator.


According to the China New Media Development Report (2015) released by Institute of Journalism and Communications, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences a few days ago, at present the development focus of new media in the world is moving toward Asia, and China has become a well-deserved No. 1 country with the most new media users. Now China has the most active new media industry and the richest new media applications in the world, and is the greatest and highly potential new media market in the world. In last year, the central network security and information technology leading group was established, the central reform leading group released the Guidelines on Promoting Integrated Development of Traditional Media and Emerging Media, and the work report of the government proposed to work out “Internet + ” action plans, indicating that the strategy of building a powerful state by virtue of network was formally started in China and the new media industry in China entered a quickened development period. 


Under such background, Tus-Media and BIACG jointly established Beijing New Media Accelerator just aiming to build an international mass-innovation bridge for the quickly developing new media industry in China. This Accelerator will expand the vision and development space of many entrepreneurs in new media industry, and enhance the influence and dominance of the media industry of China in the world. 


 “Many new media companies, especially small and micro enterprises, are full of vigor, and their rapid growth needs soil and nutrition, that is incubation and help of platform type groups,” Wang Ying, board chairwoman of BIACG said. She also expressed that BIACG, a large-scale state-owned advertising and communication group invested, established and managed by State-owned Cultural Assets Supervision and Administration Office of Beijing, was always exploring deeply in such fields as new media integration and two-wheel driving by culture and technology by virtue of building of industrial development platforms. Settlement of Beijing New Media Accelerator in Beijing National Advertising Industrial Park provides this Accelerator with the location advantages of CBD and Dingfuzhuang international media industry corridor, and helps to bring into full play the talent and resource cluster effect of the cultural and innovative industry gathering area in Beijing. “TusHoldings, parent company of Tus-Media, has rich resources and leading experience in the field of science and technology service, and it can be said that we hold all the aces in this cooperation with respect to new media mass-innovation incubation.”



As introduced by Du Peng, board chairman of Tus-Media, the cooperation between Tus-Media and BIACG is based on common strategic objectives and provides complementary advantages for the two parties. It is expected that more enterprises as successful as ChineseAll can be incubated by virtue of such cooperation.

After the opening ceremony, HDC Company organized a special road show campaign, in which four new media companies (respectively Uibefruit Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing KLSA Technology Co., Ltd., Chacha and His Friends (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Youwan Technology Co., Ltd.) performed road shows and over 30 venture capital institutions such as Huashan Capital and Lang Ma Feng VC participated in this campaign.
