Tusincere Science City Settled in Tianjin to Build Multi-format Development SpacePrint

On the morning of Jan. 30, 2016, a contract signing ceremony for the cooperation between Tusincere and the government of Nankai District, Tianjin City was held in the office building of the government of Nankai District, indicating settlement of another significant project of Tusincere in Tianjin and further improvement of the strategic development layout of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. 

Yin Hailin (deputy mayor of Tianjin City), Xue Hui (secretary of the Party Committee of Nankai District), Chen Yuheng (district mayor of Nankai District), Chen Youdong (deputy district mayor), Ren Shijiang (Vice President of CPPCC of Nankai District and director of the management committee of the west section), Xu Jinghong (Board Chairman of Tsinghua Holdings), Wu Xu (deputy Board Chairman of TusHoldings and Board Chairman of Tusincere), Xu Xiaojun (Executive Vice President of Tusincere), Wu Zhenyi (Senior Vice President of TusHoldings and Party Secretary of Tusincere), Fan Jun (Vice President of Tusincere), and Zhang Yong (Vice President of Tusincere) attended this ceremony.

At this ceremony, Ren Shijiang (Vice President of CPPCC of Nankai District and Director of the management committee of the west section) and Zhang Yong (Vice President of Tusincere) signed the cooperation agreement respectively on behalf of the government of Nankai District and Tusincere. After the agreement is signed, the two parties will immediately start such cooperation affairs as establishment of a joint and acquirement of the land for the first phase project. It is expected that the investment and subsequent affairs in this project will be formally started in the middle of 2016.

Tusincere Tianjin Science City Project is located in the Xiyingmen core area of Nankai District, on the two sides of Xianyang Road. A science park of totally 1,500,000m2 or so characterized by “integration of industry and city life” will be built with a total investment of over RMB 30 billion. After formal operation, this project will bring a local GDP of RMB 20 billion to this area each year. This project is positioned as “a core area of industrial upgrading in Nankai District, a demonstration point of innovative development of Tianjin, and an energy pole of the coordinated development of intelligence industry and modern services in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei”. In future, this city will become an internationalized, modernized and intellectualized multi-format space of industry and living.
