TusHoldings Leads the “Innovation and Entrepreneurship” Development in Luoyang and KunmingPrint

At the beginning of March 2016, the “Innovation and Entrepreneurship” tide emerged again in the whole country. As a leader in the scientific and technological service industry in China, TusHoldings has initiated several cooperation projects, including the cooperation between Tus Yunnan and the municipal government of Kunming (a comprehensive strategic cooperation framework Agreement has been signed), and the strategic cooperation of Tus Luoyang respectively with Luoyang Association for Science and Technology and Henan University of Science and Technology. 

A comprehensive strategic cooperation framework Agreement was signed by and between Tus Yunnan and the municipal government of Kunming

A few days ago, the “Promotion Conference for Opening-up and Cooperation of Dianzhong New Area in Kuming City, Yunnan Province” was held in Beijing. At this conference, TusHoldings and the municipal government of Yunnan City signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation framework Agreement. Mei Meng (Board Chairman of TusHoldings), Chen Xiang (Executive Vice President of TusHoldings and Board Chairman of TusCity), and Chen Yu (Senior Vice President of TusHoldings and general manager of Tus Yunnan) attended the Agreement signing ceremony. 
According to the Agreement signed, the cooperation between the two parties will mainly include: TusCity project, west square project of the new south railway station of Kunming, and Tus K Maker Space project invested by TusHoldings in Kunming; actively participation of TusHoldings in the investment into such industrial fields as biomedicine, clean energy, energy saving and environmental protection in Kuming City; further negotiation of the two parties on cooperation opportunities in other fields such as education and training, media and smart city, and promotion of the cooperation in sports and cultural industry of Yunnan and construction of smart cities by virtue of such projects as Qiaobo Indoor Skiing Center, smart parking lots, and so on. 

Execution of this Agreement will further deepen the cooperation between TusHoldings and Yunan Province/Kunming City. The two parties expressed that they would immediately establish together a special work team to comprehensively promote the implementation of all the cooperation projects.  

The “Promotion Conference for Opening-up and Cooperation of Dianzhong New Area in Kuming City, Yunnan Province” was jointly held by the municipal Party committee of Kunming City, the municipal government of Kunming City, the Party working committee of Dianzhong New Area, and the management committee of Dianzhong New Area. Taking the theme of “actively providing services for and getting integrated into national development strategies, quickening construction of regional international central cities”, this conference deepened the role and function of Kunming as an important pivot in the “Belt and Road” program and the Yangtze River Economic Belt and an important window toward South Asia and Southeast Asia. As introduced by Chen Yu, Senior Vice President of TusHoldings and general manager of Tus Yunnan, Tus Yunan will make the best of this opportunity, continue promoting the cooperation with Kunming City, root in Kunming and Yunnan while present radiation to South Asia and Southeast Asia, and comprehensively promote the construction of sub-headquarters base of TusHoldings. 

Tus Luoyang initiated strategic cooperation respectively with Luoyang Association for Science and Technology and Henan University of Science and Technology

On the morning of Mar. 5, 2016, Luoyang TusCity Development Co., Ltd. and Luoyang TusPark Business Incubator Co., Ltd. respectively signed comprehensive strategic cooperation Agreements with Luoyang Association for Science and Technology and Henan University of Science and Technology. 

According to the Agreement between Luoyang TusCity and Luoyang Association for Science and Technology, Luoyang TusCity and Luoyang Association for Science and Technology will jointly build innovation and entrepreneurship service bases and maker spaces in Luoyang by developing a coordinated promotion mechanism, building innovation and entrepreneurship service platform, promoting construction and innovation and entrepreneurship service base, and broadening financing channels for innovation and entrepreneurship. They will gather and incubate with priority a batch of high-tech projects in such fields as mobile Internet, information security, energy saving, environmental protection, and new materials, foster a batch of competent business starters and enterprisers, build Luoyang TusPark Business Incubator to a famous brand and model of provincial incubators in Henan, and introduce a batch of enterprisers that meet the standards on high-level entrepreneurship talents in Henan. 

Luoyang TusPark Business Incubator Co., Ltd. and Henan University of Science and Technology signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation Agreement

In the strategic cooperation between Luoyang TusPark Business Incubator Co., Ltd. and Henan University of Science and Technology, the two parties will fully explore their own advantages and strengthen cooperation with respect to scientific and technological development, commercialization of research findings, and training of innovative talents. Tus Luoyang will provide intelligence and resource supports for scientific and technological development and innovation activities of the researchers in Henan University of Science and Technology, actively build links in advantageous resources, and quicken the commercialization of research findings of the university. Meanwhile, Henan University of Science and Technology will establish a mechanism to effectively make scientific and technological resources such as labs in this university available to the enterprises in TusPark Incubator.  

So far, TusHoldings has two projects settled in Luoyang, that is TusCity located in Luoyang Economic-Technological Development Area and TusPark located in Jianxi District.
