On the afternoon of April 8, 2016, Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd. signed the friendly cooperation agreement with Swiss National Innovation Park in the Sino-Swiss series important cooperation signing ceremony grandly held in the Great Hall of the People. Chinese President Xi Jinping and Johann Schneider-Amman, President of the Swiss Confederation attended and witnessed the signing ceremony. Mr. Wang Jiwu, the president of Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd. and Mr. Raymond Crone, President of Swiss National Innovation Park represented their respective countries to sign the cooperation agreement respectively.

Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd. actively responds to the national development strategy of “One Belt and One Road”, implements the international development goals of Tsinghua University and Tsinghua Holdings and actively carries out the extensive foreign cooperation. At present, Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd. has established multiple innovation incubation bases respectively in the United States, Italy, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Israel, Egypt, Malaysia, Mongolia, Hong Kong and other countries and regions so as to provide entrepreneurial incubation service, consultation management service and other service for the science park construction of developing countries. The signing of this cooperation agreement is carried out on the basis of carrying out many talks with Swiss Science & Technology Culture Innovation Center, Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich and other institutions and reaching extensive consensus on the specific cooperation content of carrying forward the two parties including cofounded incubators, promoting the scientific and technological exchange of the two countries and other aspects, and therefore it obtains great attention and support from the Chinese and Swiss governments. The content of this agreement is mainly that the two parties actively share and exchange the experience in the construction and operation of science & technology innovation parks, discuss the cooperative route of promoting the science & technology achievement transformation of universities of the two parties and provide the convenient conditions, etc. for the mutual development of the enterprises from the two parties.

The signing of this cooperation agreement marks that the international business development of TusHoldings has reached a new level, which is the significant embodiment of continuous enhancement of TusHoldings’ brand international influence. In the future, TusHoldings will continuously increase the intensity of resource integration and give play to the advantages of cluster innovation and synergetic development and further implement many international cooperation projects including the cooperation agreement signed with Swiss National Innovation Park so as to obtain more substantive achievements.
