On April 20, General Assembly of Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd. was held at Tsinghua University Science Park (TusPark) International Conference Center, at which relevant resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors and the Board of Shareholders were announced: Wang Jiwu acted as Chairmen, Li Zhiqiang and Wu Xu act as Vice Chairmen, and Yuan Wei acted as President of Tus-Holdings. The Board of Directors of Tus-Holdings appointed Mr. Mei Meng as honorary Chairmen of Tus-Holdings. Chairman of Tsinghua Holdings and former President of Tus-Holdings Xu Jinghong, Vice President of Tsinghua Holdings and Director of Tus-Holdings Zheng Yun, all directors, executive team members and main responsible persons of all branches of Tus-Holdings, and employee representatives of the headquarters and branches of Tus-Holdings attended the General Assembly. The General Assembly was chaired by Executive Vice President of Tus-Holdings Chen Hongbo.
 
 
 

At the General Assembly, Vice President of Tsinghua Holdings and Director of Tus-Holdings Zheng Yun first read the relevant resolutions: The 79th meeting of the fifth Board of Directors approved Mr. Mei Meng’s resignation from the position of Chairmen, and approved Mr. Wang Jiwu’s resignation from the position of Vice Chairmen; the Board of Shareholders approved resignation of Mr. Mei Meng and Mr. Lei Lin from the position of director, and added Li Zhiqiang and Yuan Wei as directors of Tus-Holdings, elected Wang Jiwu as Chairmen of Tus-Holdings and Mr. Li Zhiqiang as Vice Chairmen of Tus-Holdings; the 80th meeting of the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Mei Meng as Honorary Chairmen of Tus-Holdings and appointed Ms. Yuan Wei as President of Tus-Holdings.

 
 
 

In the inaugural speech, Ms. Yuan Wei, the newly appointed President of Tus-Holdings, first expressed her gratitude to the shareholders and board members of Tus-Holdings for trusting her, and reviewed the fruitful development of Tus-Holdings in the past 22 years around the development history, industrial layout, historical achievements, etc. She said, “Taking over as President of Tus-Holdings in an important moment of Tus-Holdings’’ advance to a RMB 100 billion-scale enterprise in 2016, I deeply feel that my mission is glorious and my responsibility is significant. Under the leadership of the board of directors and Chairman Wang Jiwu of Tus-Holdings, with the unity and cooperation of our high-quality, indomitable team, and in reliance on the innovation spirit and joint efforts of all staff of Tus-Holdings, I will lead Tus-Holdings to forge ahead toward a higher goal!”

With regard to the future work, President Yuan Wei put forward four expectations, that is, further establish and improve the scientific and rigorous management system and decision-making process; adhere to technical advancement and integrated innovation, and continue to build the core competitiveness; ensure precise positioning, carry forward the hardworking spirit, and build high-quality demonstration projects; stick to self-control and practice, and build an innovative, efficient and pragmatic team. She encouraged all staff of Tus-Holdings to adhere to their conscience, dedication to duty, unity and cooperation, development and innovation, with a view to promoting Tus-Holdings’ continuous improvement of core competitiveness and transformation acceleration, and creating a brighter tomorrow for Tus-Holdings with joint efforts.
 
 

Subsequently, Party Secretary and Vice Chairman of Tus-Holdings Li Zhiqiang read the resolution of the Board of Directors of Tus-Holdings on appointment of Mr. Mei Meng as honorary Chairmen. It was looked back in the resolution that the former Chairmen of Tus-Holdings Mei Meng, as appointed by Tsinghua University, established TusPark Development Center in 1994 as one of the founders. In 2000, TusPark Development Center initiated the establishment of TusPark Development Co., Ltd., namely, the predecessor of Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd., and Mr. Mei Meng served as vice Chairmen, and he had served as Chairmen of the company from 2003 up to now. In view of the huge contribution made by Mr. Mei Meng to the company during his tenure, and his significant influence in the industry, the 80th meeting of the fifth Board of Directors decided to appoint Mr. Mei Meng as honorary Chairmen of Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd. through discussion. Later, Wang Jiwu, the new Chairmen of Tus-Holdings, presented the certificate of appointment to Honorary Chairman Mei Meng, and paid high tribute to his 22 years of selfless dedication.

“22 years and 4 days ago, I started my story with Tus-Holdings,” Honorary Chairman Mei Meng said with emotion, “I have dedicated my golden years from 40 to 60 years of age to TusPark and Tus-Holdings. This is my proudest and most memorable 22 years in my life. ” He recalled that from “Four Nos” (that is, “No personnel, no money, no materials and no expertise”), and along with Tsinghua University’s proposal of building a world-class university, China’s promotion of self-dependent innovation, Tsinghua University’s centennial celebration, China’s economic restructuring and other major events, Tus-Holdings, through system and mechanism reform, had gone through four strategic phases of “six-year development”, insisted on pragmatism and hardworking spirit, and grown from a weak and small-sized enterprise into a strong, large-sized, renowned enterprise. He also looked back that during his first decade of work with TusPark and Tus-Holdings, focus was placed on the growth of small- and medium-sized enterprises; during his second decade, emphasis was laid on the construction of the ecological environment for innovation and entrepreneurship; in the next decade, he would pay attention to the human mind, and guide everyone to be a happy person.

At the end of his speech, Honorary Chairman Mei Meng offered his congratulations to Chairman Wang Jiwu and President Yuan Wei, and expressed his gratitude to all previous and current staff of Tus-Holdings for their concern, help and support in the past 22 years, and he concluded, “What we do is a great cause, and Tus-Holdings that we have built together is a great business, and my heart will always be with Tus-Holdings!”
 

Since his joining Tus-Holdings in 2012, Chairman Wang Jiwu has made great efforts to create new glories of Tus-Holdings in about 5 years. In his speech, he said that Tus-Holdings had the spiritual traits of “Full authorization, inclusiveness, and inheritance”, which were an important gene for Tus-Holdings to grow into a great enterprise. 2016 is the first year of soaring of Tus-Holdings. Tus-Holdings has completed the overall layout of three main industries (that is, innovation, incubation and service), the cluster of emerging industries and the fund industry cluster have taken shape, and the innovation network based on “Internet +” has been extending in full swing. Tus-Holdings will make use of technology to serve the new economy, and utilize industry resources to serve technology.

He expressed that the board of director was the soul of a holding company, and he would lead the new board of directors of Tus-Holdings to give full play to its role with a new look, and assist the management team headed by President Yuan Wei to push Tus-Holdings to advance toward the three goals of “Becoming a blossom of the Tsinghua industry, a Chinese leader and global model in the technological service industry, and a happy enterprise”.

“As an old fellow of Tus-Holdings, I come back to this place where I had worked for 13 years.” Chairman of Tsinghua Holdings and former President of Tus-Holdings Xu Jinghong concluded the General Assembly, and he paid high tribute to all staff of Tus-Holdings led by Honorary Chairman Mei Meng and former President Wang Jiwu for their contribution to the development of the Tsinghua industry, and placed ardent expectations on President Yuan Wei. Finally, he proposed “three higher” expectations on Tus-Holdings, expecting Tus-Holdings to achieve better development under the leadership of the new board of directors and the new management team; expecting Tus-Holdings to develop in a more standardized manner and forge ahead towards the goal of world-class enterprise; expecting the team of Tus-Holdings to become stronger to make greater contributions to the national economic and social development.
 

More than 300 leaders and staff representatives from the headquarters and branches of Tus-Holdings witnessed this historic moment, and 17 enterprises under Tus-Holdings, such as TusPark Yunnan, TusPark Zhengzhou, TusIdea and TusPark Suzhou, viewed the General Assembly online through the network platform provided by Tus-NationSky.
