On August 2, the law enforcement inspection group of the NPC Standing Committee, led by Chen Changzhi, Vice-chairman of the NPC Standing Committee and composed of Yao Jiannian, member of the NPC Standing Committee and Vice-chairman of the Education, Science, Culture and Public Health Committee of the NPC, Xie Xuren, member of the NPC Standing Committee, chairman of the National Council for Social Security Fund and former minister of the Ministry of Finance, Ma Xu, member of the Education, Science, Culture and Public Health Committee of the NPC, Wang Yi and Fang Xin, members of the NPC Standing Committee and members of the Education, Science, Culture and Public Health Committee of the NPC, Yan Aoshuang, deputy to the NPC and Director of the Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission and other leaders, paid a visit to TusHoldings and conducted a special investigation regarding the transformation of technological achievements and construction of the incubation service system. Li Meng, vice-minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Sun Kanglin, Vice-chairman of the Beijing Municipal People’s Congress, Zhang Qing, secretary-general of the Beijing Municipal People’s Congress, Liu Yingchun, Deputy Secretary-general of the Beijing Municipal People’s Government, Li Yibing, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of Tsinghua University, Yu Shijie, Director of Tsinghua University Office and other leaders also participated in the investigation. Wang Jiwu, Chairman of TusHoldings, Chen Hongbo, executive vice president of TusHoldings, Zhang Jinsheng, vice president of TusHoldings and Chairman of TusStar and other leaders of TusHoldings accompanied the visiting leaders all the way and reported the relevant circumstances. By inspecting the exhibition hall of TusHoldings, Tsinghua University Happiness Technology Laboratory (H + Lab) and TusStar Co-working Space, the inspection group gained a multi-dimensional understanding of the main modes and achievements of TusHoldings in transformation of technological achievements, incubator construction and other technological service fields.
 
 

In the exhibition hall of TusHoldings, Executive Vice-president Chen Hongbo introduced TusHoldings’ development history and transformation conditions of technological achievements to Vice-chairman Chen Changzhi and his entourage in detail, and through a large number of enterprise cases, demonstrated that TusHoldings had built a platform of innovation and entrepreneurship in reliance on its technological innovation network with global coverage, achieved the function of promotion of transformation of technological achievements conferred by Tsinghua University, and became an organic extension of the universities’ function of serving the society. He said that with the full support of the State, government and Tsinghua University, TusHoldings had made innovations continuously in terms of business, team and mechanism, and it had not only constructed China’ earliest and largest science park network with the most comprehensive service system and most abundant incubation achievements, but also built an three-in-one innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem on this basis which integratedscience park, technology industry and technology finance into one.
 

As a representative of the entrepreneurial teams and technology industry enterprises developing and growing in this ecosystem, Jin Yang, Vice-chairman and CEO of Tsing Yun Energy, told the growth process of Tsing Yun Energy with the incubation and investment support from TusHoldings. He also presented a batch of leading enterprises in environmental new energy, big healthcare, digital technology and other areas cultivated and gathered by TusHoldings and a number of national-level scientific research patents owned by TusHoldings. All such achievements have been achieved by TusHoldings by taking national strategies and people’s needs as the guidance, and assistance to the country to achieve innovation and green development as its mission.
 

In Tsinghua University Happiness Technology Laboratory (H + Lab), Vice-chairman Chen Changzhi and his entourage experienced many “happiness” technologies and achievements incubated by Tsinghua University Happiness Technology Laboratory (H + Lab), including “Canopy” multimedia interactive device and the integrated system for selection of carrier-borne aircraft pilots. Vice-president Zhang Jinsheng introduced the pursuit of Tsinghua University Happiness Technology Laboratory (H + Lab) to build a bridge between economic growth and mental well-being and spread the concept of healthy balanced life in reliance on happiness technology.
 

In TusStar Co-working Space, Vice-president Zhang Jinsheng introduced the results achieved by TusHoldings in the past 22 years through boosting transformation of technological achievements and incubation of technology enterprises, and presented TusHoldings’ “Seven-step innovation service chain” and its worldwide incubation network. He stressed that as a well-known incubator brand in China, TusStarhad always insisted on creating a “Six-dimensionspace” integrating attitude, length, width, precision, temperature and adhesion, and provided incubation service for over 5,000 enterprises accumulatively with the attitude of self-realization by helping others to achieve their dreams, and through the four-in-one incubation mode of “Incubation Service + Entrepreneurship Training + Angel Investment + Open Platform”, of which more than 2000 enterprises had been incubated, 27 enterprises had been successfully listed, and 40 enterprises had been merged and acquired.
 

During the visit, Vice-chairman Chen Changzhi inquired about the enterprises settled in the TusPark, the management system of TusHoldings and other information, and commended TusHoldings’ achievements realized in the technological service field in recent years. He pointed out,“Self-development of TusHoldings and incubation of high quality start-up enterprises complement each other. As a large-scale technology service enterprise, it is meaningful for TusHoldings to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises through its own development, and serve the innovation ecosystem.”
