The Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding by Tus Global Network (TGN) and Greentown Labs (a Clean Energy Incubator in Massachusetts, USA) Print

On November 2, 2016, Zhang Huishi, executive director of Tus Global Network (TGN), signed the Memorandum of Understanding with Emily Reichert, CEO of Greentown Labs (a clean energy incubator in Massachusetts, USA), indicating that Greentown Labs located in Somerville City, Boston area of Massachusetts would become a member of TGN. As Boston is one of the most famous innovative cities in the USA, TGN Boston will become the first space of TGN in the USA. 

Greentown Labs is devoted to building global clean energy enterprise clusters and helping startup enterprises focusing on global energy and environment issues by providing co-working spaces, industrial resources and funds. After 4 years of development, Greentown Labs has become the largest clean technology incubator in the world, with 112 work stations and 2,065m2 of labs, organizing more than 100 events each year and providing services for more than 80 member enterprises in the world.

Greentown Labs provides member enterprises with many machine building tools and helps clean energy projects make product prototypes. In addition, members of Greentown Labs can also enjoy free or preferential services provided by partners of Greentown Labs in such fields as software, PR and HR. 

Greentown Labs has given birth to many strong enterprises in the clean energy industry in the USA, such as Silverside that develops detectors to help the government reduce threats of terrorist nuclear attack, Tank Utility that once won American Clean Energy Contest and develops and produces intelligent fuel supply and measuring equipment, Dynamo Micropower that supplies energy to oil and gas industry using innovative turbines, and so on.  

After singing of the MOU, the two parties will build a cooperation platform of resource sharing to share services in market development, investment and incubation and help clean energy projects in these two places to enter the Chinese and American markets.
