Tus-Material Group, which was controlled by TusHoldings Co., Ltd. and jointly invested by Tus-S&T Service Group, TusCity Group, Tus-Digital Group, Tus-Clean Energy Group, was declared to be founded in TusPark in the early November 2016. The initial registered capital of Tus-Material Group is 200 million Yuan. Yuan Wei, the CEO of TusHoldings is the Chairman, and Zhao Qing, one of the ten best hi-tech innovative talents of Tsinghua industry as well as the expert of environmental protection and new material industry, is the General Manager of Tus-Material Group. As the innovative and comprehensive platform for TusHoldings to develop the new material industry, the establishment of Tus-Material Group marks that TusHoldings has taken a solid step forward to the innovation of new material, and pushing forward innovative development of environmental-friendly new energy, life health, digital information and other industries with the guidance of national innovation strategy.
Tus-Material Group is the first business platform that is launched and established through the capital linking mechanism of all business blocks within the system of TusHoldings. In terms of technology research and development as well as product application, the application of membrane material and biodegradable materials of Tus-Clean Energy Group in Tus-Salt Lake Program has played an important role in the transformation and upgrading of traditional industry. At present, TusHoldings has cooperated with Qinghai Salt Lake Industry Co., Ltd. to jointly develop and apply Li-Mg new material that has been applied into the industrial sector and promote the resource value through technological innovation on the basis of achievements of previous cooperation as well as utilizing salt lake resources of Qinghai.
