TusHoldings Makes Strategic Investment in BIACG Print

Recently, Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “TusHoldings”), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, and Beijing Cultural Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Beijing Cultural Investment Group”) have entered into an agreement on share transfer of Beijing International Advertising & Communication Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “BIACG”). According to the agreement, Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd. will accept the transfer of 40% shares in BIACG held by Beijing Cultural Investment Group through delisting at the stock exchange. After the completion of the transaction, TusHoldings will become one of the large shareholders of BIACG (the other large shareholder is State-owned Cultural Assets Supervision and Administration Office of the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality, or Beijing Cultural Assets Office for short), thus completing its strategic investment in BIACG. In the future, TusHoldings will further promote their integration of resources and coordinated development.

Beijing International Advertising & Communication Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “BIACG”) is a large state-owned advertising & communication group directly managed by the Beijing Municipal Government. And its investors include State-owned Cultural Assets Supervision and Administration Office of the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality (hereinafter referred to as “Beijing Cultural Assets Office”) and Beijing Cultural Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd.
