Through over 30 years of development, Cambridge Science Park has developed into one of science parks that have the strongest scientific innovation competence in Europe. It has become the development center of the whole eastern region of England. “The high-tech-based innovative economic growth of Cambridge Science Park is a good reference for TusPark.”
According to Yuan Wei, TusHoldings, a company starting from the development and operation of TusPark, has established more than 160 innovation bases in the world, and built a global innovation network. TusHoldings is no longer a physical space provider for innovation and start-up. It has developed into a one-stop technology services group. At present, TusHoldings has set up a “three-in-one” business layout integrating “science parks, science & technology industry and science & technology finance”, striving to create an innovative start-up ecosystem. She wishes to participate in the construction of Cambridge Science Park, develop the Cambridge-style industrial cluster centered on Cambridge Science Park and establish an innovative service ecosystem ranging from Europe to Asia and ranging from the UK to China jointly with Trinity College.

In November 1968, Cambridge University Subcommittee submitted the famous Mott Report, proposing to attract scientific research based companies to the Cambridge region by utilizing the prestige and strength of Cambridge University. And the proposal was supported by the British government and the business community. In 1969, Cambridge University, a university with more than 700 years of history, took the lead to implement the “university-based company” strategy. In 1970, Trinity College of Cambridge University developed Cambridge Science Park on its own land, covering an area of 53 hectares, which was committed to promoting cooperation between universities and companies. Soon after that, Cambridge University set up a special industry liaison office that was responsible for coordinating and serving cooperation between various departments, research institutions & personnel and the industrial circle, thereby promoting the establishment and development of technology companies, speeding up the transformation of scientific achievements, and arousing an entrepreneurial tide in science & industrial parks.
