On July 3, Chairman WANG Jiwu held a talk with S. Iswaran, Minister for Communications and Information and Minister-in-charge of Trade Relations and his entourage, and the two parties conducted in-depth discussions on issues such as feasible cooperation areas and promotion of multi-party cooperation.
At the discussion, Chairman WANG Jiwu responded to the concerns of Minister S. Iswaran and his entourage. He said that technological innovation and emerging industries are the future of mankind, global coordination is becoming increasingly important, and TusHoldings is focused on technological innovation while also striving to promote global cooperation. Chairman WANG Jiwu, based on the actual situation in Singapore, elaborated on TusHoldings’ original “Three-dimensional triple-helix” theoretical system by enumerating the application of waste treatment technology in clean energy and environmental protection industry, and illustrated TusHoldings’ advantages in talents, technology and other aspects through the cases of Qinghai Salt Lake Project and British Offshore Wind Power Project. “The rapid growth of TusHoldings is inseparable from the innovation and application of its talents, technologies, concepts and models. We are willing to promote our model to all parts of the world to serve the global economic innovation and development.” He pointed out that the government plays a vital role in the market, industry and digitalization, and further cooperation between TusHoldings and the Government of Singapore could promote the transformation and development of Singapore’s emerging industries and help the exchanges and cooperation between China and Singapore and even among ASEAN countries.
“TusHoldings has a lot in common with us in many fields”, Minister S. Iswaran said. The Singapore government supports innovation and development, actively absorbs emerging technology industries from all over the world, and has a good platform for innovation and entrepreneurship, and in the future, in reliance on the two parties’ advantages in universities, industries, talents, etc, cooperation can be carried out in innovation ecosystem, digital, environmental protection, clean energy and other aspects. “I appreciate TusHoldings’s application-oriented approach of transforming advanced technology into practical applications, which is what Singapore wants to do in the future,” he pointed out. China and Singapore can give full play to their respective advantages to complement each other, and develop a viable cooperation model to help the future cooperation between the two parties in various fields and achieve mutual benefit.
At the discussion meeting, ZHANG Jinsheng, Vice President of TusHoldings and Chairman of TusStar, and WANG Ding, Senior Vice President of TusHoldings, Chairman of Tus-Digital Group, and Chairman of Tus Data Asset, respectively explained TusHoldings’ vertical incubation system, TusHodings’ digital industry and feasible points of cooperation with Singapore.
