On the morning of April 19, the “TusPark Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talent Symposium” was held in the meeting room on the 2nd floor of TusPark Innovation Plaza. The symposium was hosted by TusPark College of Entrepreneurship and organized by Beijing Hode Human Resource Development Co., Ltd. The symposium was hosted by Mr. Chen Hongbo, Deputy CEO of TusPark Co., Ltd. and Deputy Dean of the TusPark Innovation Research Institute. The symposium attracted the presence of around 30 people including key people from TusPark College of Innovation, TusPark, Hode, and relevant units from Beijing, Hebei, Jiangxi, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

Mr. Mei Meng, Professor of Tsinghua University and Director of TusPark Development Center, first made a theme speech on “Talent Training Mode of TusPark College of Entrepreneurship". In the speech, he pointed out that TusPark had been taking fostering innovative and entrepreneurial talents as its mission. After 17 years of development, TusPark had become a world-class science park. Taking the opportunity of the 100-year anniversary of Tsinghua University, the TusPark College of Entrepreneurship was set up to provide a systematic and professional training platform for those who were interested in innovation in China.

During the symposium, Professor Tian Li, Deputy Director of TsuPark Education and Training Center, and General Manager of Beijing Hode Human Resource Development Co., Ltd., made a theme speech on “The Innovation Way—from Innovation in Thinking to Innovation in Action”. Speeches on innovation concept and thinking for enterprises were made by Hode HR experts including Professor Qin Hanfei, the Chinese Exchange Partner of EU CADIC, and one of the founders of SPRITIVITY, Dr. Xu Ming, professor of China Youth University For political Sciences, Dr. He Jijiang from College of Humanities of Tsinghua University, Mr. Ma Jian, psychological expert from Beijing TV, and Professor Liu Haifeng, the founder of BIR brand management system.

After in-depth exchange and discussion on independent innovation for enterprises, the participants then attended the Tsinghua Innovation Forum held in TusPark International Conference Room on the afternoon of April 19.

The TusPark College of Entrepreneurship was founded by TusPark on the objective of enhancing the influence of TusPark as an “innovative talent incubator”, and incubating future entrepreneurs for China by integrating experts of various fields from China and abroad, including government, industries, schools, research institutes, financial institutes, and agencies, and joining the hands with other professional institutes, so as to make contributions to enhance independent innovation and build China into an innovative country.

A Guiding Committee consists of celebrities including government officials, entrepreneurs and scholars for TusPark College of Entrepreneurship, with a faculty comprising scholars from home and abroad with strong theoretical background on entrepreneurship training, and entrepreneurs with rich practical entrepreneurial experiences. The college provides programs on theories and practices including entrepreneurship enlightenment, entrepreneurship breakthrough, and entrepreneurship completion, catering to trainees with different demands including school students, entrepreneurs on the beginning stage, middle stage, and when primary fruits were harvested. The TusPark College of Entrepreneurship will adhere to the training policy of mainly experience sharing, accompanied with theoretical education. The class will be mainly about case study, idea exchanges, and discussion on the common rules of entrepreneurship, while focus also casted on the enhancement of the trainees’ humanistic aptitude and comprehensive abilities.
