The European Innovation Hub, Wuxi ICampus Settles in TusPark Brussels Print

On February 1, Tus S&T Service Group and Wuxi Life Science Industry Development Co., Ltd. entered into a strategic cooperation agreement in TusPark Brussels and held the launching ceremony of the European Innovation Hub, Wuxi I•Campus. This cooperation between the two parties is to actively mobilize their advantageous resources and give full play to the role of TusPark Brussels in achieving organic interaction of Belgian and European R&D resources with the vast industrial market in China, help Wuxi I•Campus with attraction of businesses and talents, shape their international influence, and promote the transformation and upgrading of local industries.

Among the participants are the representatives from Administration Committee of Wuxi High-tech Zone, the governments of Brussels and Dutch-language zone in Belgium, well-known universities and their affiliated science and technology parks, the China-Europe Innovation Enterprise Association, local scholars and well-known industry companies including Taige Biology and Teddy Lab Services. They introduced their institutional information and resource advantages respectively, warmly welcomed the settlement of Wuxi I•Campus and expressed their intention for future cooperation. 

Wuxi I•Campus is a global innovation incubation platform jointly built by Wuxi Municipal Government, Wuxi High-tech Zone Government and AstraZeneca. With the vision of “converging global wisdom and building healthy China” and gathering the 4D industry elements (pharmacy, devices, diagnosis and digitalization), the I•Campus is committed to building a life science incubation and innovation platform covering the whole life cycle.

As an important carrier of the “one science park and one fund” model of Tus S&T Service Group in Europe and a link in the TusHoldings global innovation network, TusPark Brussels aims to contribute to the integration of TusHoldings’ partnership in Europe and China, establish a two-way technology incubation platform between China and Belgium, and promote international industrial technology exchange, incubation and investment.
