Singapore Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat Leads Delegation on Visit to TusHoldingsPrint

On April 8, Singapore former Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic Policies Mr Heng Swee Keat, along with a delegation of high-level Singapore government officials, visited the Beijing Tsinghua Science Park. He exchanged views on topics including technological innovation with Wang Jiwu, Chairman of TusHoldings. Also present were Singapore’s Ambassador to China Mr. Peter Tan, former CEO of the National Research Foundation of Singapore, Mr. Beh Kian Teik; as well as Zhang Jinsheng, Executive President of TusHoldings, President of Tus Northeast Asia Headquarters, and Chairman of TusStar; Yang Ming, then Senior Vice President of TusHoldings; and Sai Fulin, then Senior Vice President of TusHoldings.

At the TusHoldings Digital Exhibition Hall, Mr. Heng Swee Keat and his delegation gained a detailed understanding of TusHoldings' development history and business layout. They carefully reviewed product demonstrations from Tus-incubated companies such as Toupie Medical, Hisky Medical Technologies, and Black Sesame Technologies, and engaged in cordial exchanges with representatives from these enterprises.


During the visit, the delegation also inquired about and discussed topics related to the digital economy, the expansion of innovative enterprises overseas, and the joint establishment of innovation centers. Chairman Wang Jiwu responded to these points and offered unique insights on incubating and nurturing digital economy enterprises, jointly establishing digital colleges and sci-tech innovation platforms, and collaborating with top international resources.

Key officials from Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Beijing, National Research Foundation, and Infocomm Media Development Authority were part of the visiting delegation. Relevant responsible persons from TusHoldings, TusHoldings (Guangdong), and TusStar participated in receiving the guests.
