On July 24th, Zhang Jinsheng, Executive President of TusHoldings, Deputy Director of TusPark Management Committee, and Chairman of TusStar, led a delegation to Hanoi, Vietnam. The delegation signed a tripartite MoU with the Innovation and Startup Incubator of Vietnam National University and Sunwah Group, and jointly unveiled the "TUSSTAR-VISI-SUNWAH INNO Vietnam Hanoi Innovation Center." This move marks the beginning of the substantive implementation of the three parties' in-depth cooperation in cross-border innovation.

Come the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Vietnam and the "China-Vietnam Friendship Year," this collaboration is not only a significant initiative to deepen scientific and technological innovation cooperation between both sides, but also a key component of TusStar's implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative and the promotion of international innovation resource integration. Based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit, and collaborative win-win results, the three parties reached a strategic consensus focusing on three core areas: event empowerment, platform co-construction, and ecosystem integration.
