In November 2023, Mr. Naotaka Hayashi, Senior Officer of the Overseas Promotion Division, Innovation Business Creation Department, Aichi Prefectural Government, successfully completed his one-year training program at TusHoldings and returned to Japan.

During the year, Mr. Hayashi visited 16 cities across 5 provinces in China, conducting research, visiting TusHoldings’ local innovation incubators, and learning about science park operation and management models, entrepreneurship support policies, and technology services. He also engaged with local governments and participated in various conferences, roadshows, and exhibitions.

Through in-depth exchanges with Tus-incubated enterprises, he gained a deeper understanding of China’s innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.

At the same time, he actively promoted STATION Ai, Japan’s largest innovation hub scheduled to officially open in 2024, aiming to support Chinese startups in expanding into the Japanese market.
