On December 15th, a delegation led by Nagira Nurbayeva‌, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, visited Tus-Holdings. They held discussions with Chairman Wang Jiwu on cooperation matters and relevant topics.

Chairman Wang Jiwu extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation led by Vice Minister Nagira Nurbayeva‌. He pointed out that Kazakhstan, with its beautiful environment and abundant resources, is an important hub of the "Belt and Road Initiative". Based on the global innovation network, he introduced Tus-Holdings' cooperation models with countries along the "Belt and Road Initiative" by citing specific projects:

In Egypt, Tus-Holdings has helped build a top-tier university science and technology park by exporting its operational models.

In ASEAN, Tus-Holdings has actively deployed the "Two-Country, Twin-Park" model, established incubation bases in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, and jointly cultivated innovative talents with local governments.

In Russia, Tus-Holdings has participated in the construction of local university science and technology parks, implemented the "Two-Country, Twin-Park" project, taken part in the establishment of a national-level innovation fund, and signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement.

Looking ahead, Tus-Holdings and Kazakhstan may set up a working group to conduct comprehensive docking on cooperation matters.

Vice Minister Nagira Nurbayeva‌ expressed gratitude to Tus-Holdings for its warm reception and expressed recognition of the cooperation model proposed by Chairman Wang Jiwu. She introduced the scientific and technological innovation situation in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. She pointed out that China and Kazakhstan maintain close relations, and the two sides share many common ground. There is great potential to tap into more cooperation opportunities and further expand the scope of cooperation. By relying on the existing resources and technologies of both sides to jointly build an innovation platform and develop a science and technology city project, Kazakhstan will provide full support in terms of policies and infrastructure to create a favorable investment and cooperation environment for Tus-Holdings.

"Tus-Holdings has a successful cooperation precedent with Russia. On this basis, I believe the future cooperation between Kazakhstan and China will proceed very smoothly," said Vice Minister Nagira Nurbayeva‌. Kazakhstan attaches great importance to the field of innovation and development and invited Tus-Holdings to attend the Astana International Innovation Forum to jointly explore international innovation models and tap more cooperation possibilities.
