Recently, at the 2025 SCO Digital Economy Forum co-hosted by the National Data Administration and the People's Government of Tianjin Municipality, typical cases of China-SCO national digital economy cooperation were officially released. Among them, the "TusPark(Shenyang) China-Russia Technology Transformation and Innovation Base" was successfully selected. It became one of the 5 selected cases in Liaoning Province and one of only 50 projects nationwide to receive this honor.

The selection of foreign cooperation typical cases at this forum was initiated by the National Data Administration. The selected cases were carefully recommended by various provinces and cities and underwent strict screening by industry experts organized by the National Data Administration.
