On September 2nd, the 8th Meeting of the China-Kazakhstan Business Council was held in Beijing. Ding Xuexiang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, and Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of Kazakhstan, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. TusHoldings was invited to the meeting, with its Executive President Sai Fulin leading the delegation.

During the meeting, Sai Fulin first signed a Cooperation Memorandum with Smagulov Olzhas Mukhtarovich, Deputy Mayor of Almaty, on behalf of TusHoldings. According to the memorandum, both parties will focus on innovation carriers, advance the construction of science parks, and deepen practical cooperation in areas such as technological innovation and industrial incubation.

Subsequently, in the presence of Sayasat Nurbek, Minister of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan, Sai Fulin signed another Cooperation Memorandum with Askar Shikmetov, Rector of Astana IT University. The two sides will collaborate on technological innovation talent exchange, joint scientific research, and the organization of academic conferences to cultivate professionals in cutting-edge technology fields such as information technology for both countries, promote the transformation and application of scientific research achievements, and further strengthen cooperation in technological innovation and talent development.
The signing of these two agreements marks a deeper and more practical cooperation between TusHoldings and Kazakhstan, with expanded cooperation areas. From Almaty to Astana, and from government agencies to institutions of higher education, TusHoldings is building a comprehensive technological innovation service system in Central Asia. Under the Belt and Road Initiative, this cooperation model, with technological innovation as the link, is becoming a new paradigm for Sino-foreign economic and trade cooperation.
The 8th Meeting of the China-Kazakhstan Business Council, themed "Discussing Cooperation for a Win-Win Future", is part of the series of economic and trade activities of the SCO Tianjin Summit. It attracted nearly 500 representatives from government departments and the business community of China and Kazakhstan, including senior managers from over 70 large Chinese enterprises. Francis Chang, Vice President of TusCity Group, also attended the event.
