On September 16th, the technical tour delegation of 2025 IASP World Conference visited TusPark and key enterprises in the park, gaining an in-depth understanding of the AI industry ecosystem in Zhongguancun. Wang Jiwu, Chairman of TusHoldings, led his team to receive the delegation and engaged in discussions with the guests on science park operation, innovation ecosystem development, and international cooperation and exchanges. During the visit, witnessed by domestic and foreign guests, TusHoldings signed agreements with the Buenos Aires Innovation Park (Argentina) and the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) respectively; meanwhile, TusStar (a brand under TusHoldings) signed agreements with Loja Polytechnic University (Ecuador) and Singapore Management University. In his speech, Chairman Wang Jiwu extended a warm welcome to the IASP delegation. He pointed out that TusPark, as the core carrier of TusHoldings' innovation practices, has always been committed to exploring a distinctive development path for science parks. He conducted in-depth exchanges with the visiting guests on three "unique" aspects of TusPark: "park scale and policy support", "operation model innovation", and "international layout". "These are precisely the core reasons why TusHoldings can operate over 300 science parks and incubators worldwide," he added. Chairman Wang Jiwu emphasized that TusHoldings has always maintained an open and humble attitude, willing to share experience and deepen cooperation with global peers. Instead of "keeping its development experience to itself", TusHoldings aims to promote the improvement of the global innovation network and create more benefits for people around the world through joint construction.

Subsequently, Yang Ming, Vice President of TusHoldings, shared with the guests the development history, innovation achievements, and overseas cooperation projects of TusPark. From the perspectives of the park's industrial layout, enterprise incubation cases, and international cooperation models, he comprehensively demonstrated TusPark's practices and outcomes in promoting the transformation of sci-tech achievements, fostering an innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, and connecting global innovation resources. This helped the delegation gain a deeper understanding of TusHoldings' global innovation layout.

During this event, four important signing ceremonies were held, marking a new stage in the cooperation between TusHoldings and innovation partners from various parts of the world. The four cooperation initiatives are as follows: TusHoldings and the Innovation Park of Buenos Aires (Argentina) will jointly build the "China-Argentina Innovation Platform"; TusHoldings and Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) will carry out in-depth cooperation in areas such as technology transfer and industrial collaboration; TusStar will cooperate with Loja Polytechnic University (Ecuador) and Singapore Management University in cutting-edge research and achievement commercialization, student innovation practices, and cross-border entrepreneurship activities.
During the visit, the guests toured key enterprises in TusPark, including Zhipu AI, Star Dynamic Era, and Silicon Park. Through on-site visits and interactive experiences, they experienced the distinctive features and outstanding advantages of Zhongguancun in AI, cutting-edge technology R&D, and industrial ecosystem development. During the process, the delegates had in-depth exchanges with enterprise leaders on development strategies and technological progress, and observed demonstrations of core technological products up close. This not only allowed them to intuitively feel the vigorous innovation vitality and strong technological strength of the park's enterprises but also helped them form a profound and concrete understanding of TusPark's ability to accurately incubate high-quality technology enterprises and build an efficient incubation system.

It is reported that the IASP 2025 World Conference Technical and Cultural Tour has set up 6 high-quality routes, covering 9 technological landmarks. The tour aims to help international guests experience Beijing's innovation ecosystem through on-site experiences and promote practical cooperation.
