Jiangsu Skyray Instrument Co., Ltd. (short as Skyray as below), successfully incubated in TusPark (Kunshan) was listed on GEM on January 13, security code (300165), issuing 18,500,000 shares. Skyray is the first listed company that was incubated in TusPark (Kunshan), as well as the first listed hi-tech company in Kunshan.

Skyray is a hi-tech company devoting on the R&D, manufacturing and distribution of opticalspectrum analyzer, chromatogram analyzer, and mass spectrometer. The company has formed core competitiveness on X-ray fluorescence spectrometer with independent R&D. Together with its continuous efforts in developing the Chinese market, Skyray has also entered 30 other countries and regions including US, Germany, and Russia, covering industries including electronics, electrical, jewelries, petroleum, chemical industry, and pharmaceutical industry.

Skyray entered TusPark (Kunshan) in 2006, and in shortly 4 years, it demonstrated “Skyray speed”. The successful listing of Skyray has also represented the gradual maturing of the incubation conditions and modes that TusPark (Kunshan) are able to provide to the enterprises.
