Chairman Wang welcomed the delegation and highlighted TusHoldings’ global innovation network, which spans multiple countries and regions. He detailed ongoing cooperation with Indonesia, including: (1) the Tsinghua University-commissioned education center in Indonesia; and (2) the joint "Two Countries, Two Parks" project promoted by TusHoldings Guangdong in partnership with Shenzhen municipal government. He noted that the "Two Countries, Two Parks" concept emerged from practical China-Indonesia collaboration and has received high-level attention from both nations’ leaders. Additional Indonesian delegations visiting during the week demonstrate the accelerated pace of bilateral technological cooperation.

Brigadier General Achdwiyanto Yudi Hartono, Senior Lecturer at Lemhannas RI and delegation leader, introduced the background of the program, highlighting that P3N XXVII is Indonesia’s premier strategic training program for national leaders, covering the military, police, government, academia, and state enterprises. The visit aims to understand China’s development, learn from its technological innovation and industrial cultivation experience, and explore avenues to strengthen bilateral economic and technological cooperation. The roundtable discussion covered innovation ecosystems, technology incubation, and cross-border cooperation. Chairman Wang shared TusHoldings’ global experience in establishing technology parks and integrating academia, industry, and research. He suggested leveraging major infrastructure projects such as the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Rail to develop dedicated technology incubation mechanisms for technology transfer and localized innovation. He also introduced TusHoldings’ multi-disciplinary team at Tsinghua University and its global best-practice learning approach to technology commercialization, startup cultivation, and cross-border collaboration. The Indonesian side highly recognized the "government + university + enterprise" collaborative innovation model.

Both sides agreed to fully leverage high-level bilateral consensus and the "Two Countries, Two Parks" framework, establishing regular engagement mechanisms between Indonesian universities, research institutions, and industry partners with TusHoldings to integrate more innovation resources and projects into the bilateral cooperation platform. The Indonesian delegation committed to reporting the outcomes to government authorities upon returning and maintaining close communication with TusHoldings. This visit laid a solid foundation for deepening trust and expanding collaboration across Indonesia’s military, government, academia, and industry. TusHoldings will continue to leverage its global innovation network to drive practical outcomes in the "Two Countries, Two Parks" project, contributing to a closer China-Indonesia science and technology cooperation community.
