TusHoldings Attends China-Pakistan B2B Investment Summit and Signs Framework Cooperation AgreementPrint

On May 24, the 3rd China-Pakistan B2B Investment Conference on Information Technology & Telecommunications, Battery Energy Storage Systems and Agriculture was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Staged amid the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Pakistan, the summit constitutes a pivotal exchange event for bilateral economic and trade cooperation. Liu Jie, Deputy Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Zhejiang Province, and Shehbaz Sharif, Prime Minister of Pakistan, attended the conference and delivered addresses, witnessing the signing of multiple strategic cooperation agreements between Chinese and Pakistani enterprises.

Dar, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Pakistan, delivered a welcome speech. Senior Pakistani officials including Fatima, Minister of Information Technology and Telecommunications, Hashmi, Pakistani Ambassador to China, and Akhtar, Prime Minister’s Advisor on Industry and Production, were present at the event.


Ma Xiaowei, Executive President of TusHoldings, and Yang Ming, Vice President of TusHoldings, attended the summit on behalf of the Group. Witnessed by Minister Fatima and other distinguished guests, they signed a framework cooperation agreement with Quantum Global Data Center (QGDC) for the Science and Technology Park project within Karachi Tech City.


Under the agreement, TusHoldings and QGDC will carry out in-depth cooperation on the Karachi Tech City Science and Technology Park project, and jointly explore the establishment of a Two Countries, Twin Parks mechanism to facilitate the two-way flow of innovation resources, technologies and industrial expertise between China and Pakistan.

The two parties will advance cooperation across six key areas: strategic planning and consulting support, ecosystem development and tenant coordination, R&D and technological collaboration, exchange, training and capacity-building programs, ecosystem participation and innovation integration, as well as international promotion and branding. Joint efforts will be made to help Karachi Tech City build a market-oriented, high-quality science and technology ecosystem.


This signing marks TusHoldings’ deepened engagement in the development of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), further expanding its science and technology innovation service network across South Asia, and laying a framework foundation for the subsequent implementation of specific projects.
