The agreement was signed by representatives of both parties: Yang Ming, Vice President of Tus-Holdings, and Nelson Beltran Santander, Vice Rector and Head of Artificial Intelligence and Technology at Universidad EAN.

The agreement also represents another significant milestone in the expansion of the Tus Global Innovation Network and further strengthens Tus-Holdings' innovation presence in Latin America.

Leveraging their respective strengths, the two parties will explore collaboration in talent cultivation and academic exchange, joint scientific research and project collaboration, industrial innovation and incubation, cultural and academic cooperation, as well as internship programs and platform sharing. Together, they aim to promote closer connectivity between the innovation ecosystems of China and Colombia.

Located in Bogotá, Colombia, Universidad EAN is known for its innovation and entrepreneurship. It focuses heavily on engineering and commerce, particularly for its strengths in business education, which make it highly reputable across Colombia and Latin America.

The partnership builds upon a meeting held on June 8, during which both parties explored the "Twin Parks in Two Countries" model as a framework for future collaboration. The initiative seeks to establish a long-term innovation ecosystem linking China and Latin America, creating new opportunities for cooperation in education, scientific research, and technological innovation between the two countries.

Prior to this agreement, representatives of the Colombian side had already visited Tus-Holdings twice. On May 14, a group of university presidents organized by the Colombian Higher Education Development Foundation (FODESEP) and the Colombian Institute of Educational Credit and Technical Studies Abroad (ICETEX) visited TusPark, where they exchanged views on innovation ecosystems and the integration of industry, academia, and research. Subsequently, on June 8, a delegation from Universidad EAN visited the Tus-Holdings Digital Exhibition Hall for in-depth discussions on implementing the Twin Parks in Two Countries model in Colombia. These productive exchanges laid a solid foundation for the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement.
