During the meeting, heads of business divisions delivered presentations in sequence, including Wang Yongrui and Miao Chun, Senior Vice Presidents of TusHoldings; Chang Yuheng, Vice President of Tus Science City; Liu Hong, General Manager of Tus Sino-German Industrial Park; Wang Fei, Deputy General Manager of TusStar; Liu Zhenzhen, Director of International Business, Tus Technology Services; Tang Hao, General Manager of Jiangsu Tus Innovation Research Institute and Chair of IASP Asia-Pacific; and Shang Wei, CEO of TUSNEX and Deputy Director of the IASP China Office. Participants comprehensively reviewed international business achievements in H1 2026, sorted out existing challenges, shared operational ideas, and outlined overall plans and forward-looking arrangements for H2. They reported on operations and business layouts of the Group and its subsidiaries across Europe, Japan, South Korea, Russia, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and Africa.
Yang Ming summarised the work of each business segment. He proposed setting up regional coordination groups, refining project schedules and responsibility allocation mechanisms to drive proactive overseas expansion. Leveraging TusHoldings’ global innovation network service platform, the Group will advance the delivery of physical science park projects, brand events and industrial funds. It will explore differentiated cooperation opportunities in key regions including BRICS countries, Belt and Road Initiative jurisdictions and ASEAN, build a networked cluster of BRICS projects, and coordinate resources to realise coordinated development. In addition, the meeting highlighted the development of Jiangsu’s “Sister Cities & Sister Parks” and “Two Countries, Two Parks” models, as well as the creation of a China-South Korea “Sister Cities & Sister Parks” cooperation benchmark to deepen bilateral sci-tech collaboration and set a model for cross-border technological cooperation.
Chairman Wang Jiwu fully recognised the international business results achieved in the first half of the year. He noted that the international team has delivered remarkable progress with a mature and stable operational framework. Built on profound heritage, a worldwide innovation network, professional talent teams and extensive industry influence, TusHoldings has developed a distinctive global sci-tech ecosystem rarely seen in China. The Group has earned recognition from authoritative institutions and national platforms, participated in the formulation of international technology rules, and maintained active engagement at major forums such as the Zhongguancun Forum. International exchanges remain vibrant, with frequent cooperation activities in ASEAN, the United Kingdom and other regions.
Chairman Wang defined four core priorities for international business in the second half of the year. First, deepen engagement in Central Asia with a focus on digital sci-tech cooperation with Kazakhstan. Business teams will coordinate to form joint enterprise delegations for overseas exchanges, developing a distinctive model of organised industrial overseas expansion. Second, strengthen Southeast Asian operations and seize major opportunities for sci-tech cooperation with Cambodia. Capitalising on long-standing bilateral friendship and high-level interactions, TusHoldings will partner with outstanding tech enterprises to launch the landmark “Angkor Sci-Tech Cooperation” initiative, pooling resources to deepen China-Cambodia innovation collaboration and expand TusHoldings’ brand influence and cooperation outcomes in ASEAN. Third, boost BRICS cooperation and establish a BRICS sci-tech alliance. The Group will advance in-depth innovation partnerships with Brazil, South Africa and other BRICS members, and build an integrated collaborative system of BRICS science parks to foster interconnected regional development. Fourth, deepen coordination with financial platforms and deploy international financial resources to support project implementation. Drawing on mature overseas platforms in the United Kingdom, Russia and the EU, TusHoldings will pursue comprehensive multi-layered partnerships with leading institutions such as the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, accelerating the delivery of key international projects via financial empowerment.
Chairman Wang stressed that the Group must capitalise on its unique strategic strengths. Relying on its global incubation and innovation network, TusHoldings will further integrate into global technology governance, assemble international teams and park resources, strengthen cross-segment and cross-regional coordination, and mobilise multi-party resources for overseas expansion. The Group will continue to refine the “Two Countries, Two Parks” model, consolidate regional benchmark projects and build an integrated cross-border sci-tech ecosystem.
He further pointed out that the Group should expand the scope of international business, deepen strategic mutually beneficial cooperation with overseas university science parks, continuously attract top global innovation resources, upgrade operational capabilities, and expand the scale, influence and value creation capacity of the global innovation network to fuel high-quality global development.
This seminar delivered a comprehensive review of half-year operations, aligned strategic consensus, clarified key priorities, consolidated synergy within TusHoldings’ international business team, and laid a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the Group’s international business in the second half of 2026.
