On August 26, a University of Cambridge delegation—including Simon Woolley, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the University of Cambridge and Principal of Homerton College; Ma Nan, the University's Director of Asia Strategic Partnership Development; and Wu Jiahua, Fellow of Homerton College—visited TusHoldings. They were received by Wang Jiwu, Chairman of TusHoldings; Wang Shugui, Chief Operating Officer; Sai Fulin, Executive President; Yang Ming, Board Secretary and Vice President; and Lin Zhuocun, Vice President. The two sides held a working meeting at Tus Club and reached important consensus on deepening strategic cooperation in medicine-engineering interdisciplinary fields.

At the meeting, the two sides reviewed the practical results achieved together at TusPark Cambridge, and spoke highly of the cross-border sci-tech services, technology commercialization, and two-way business incubation carried out over the years through TusHoldings' global innovation network. Both agreed that the partnership rests on a solid foundation with a strong demonstration effect, offering valuable experience for China-UK collaboration across industry, academia, and research.

Simon Woolley introduced Homerton College's strong focus on engineering and its distinctive academic profile, noting that the College sits adjacent to one of the UK's leading medical centers—a locational advantage that gives it exceptional conditions for medicine-engineering innovation. He looked forward to deeper strategic cooperation with TusHoldings in these fields, and also mentioned his personal commitment to helping Chinese students settle into study and life in the UK.

Chairman Wang Jiwu fully recognized Homerton College's academic and locational strengths, agreeing that it is exceptionally well placed for medicine-engineering innovation, interdisciplinary research, and technology commercialization. He proposed that TusHoldings bring its sci-tech service system and mature "Twin Parks in Two Countries" model into play, working with Homerton College to explore strategic cooperation along the medicine-engineering frontier, connect the full chain from research to commercialization to industrial application, facilitate the two-way flow of innovation between China and the UK, and build a cross-border platform that links industry, academia, research, and finance—helping innovative enterprises from both countries grow together.

The meeting marks a new phase in the partnership between TusHoldings and the University of Cambridge. With medicine-engineering interdisciplinary fields as the starting point, the two sides will further enrich the "Twin Parks in Two Countries" cooperation and bring fresh momentum to China-UK sci-tech innovation.
Before the meeting, the delegation toured the TusHoldings Digital Showroom to learn about the company's achievements in building a global sci-tech network, incubating technology enterprises, and cross-border innovation cooperation. Liu Zhenzhen, Director of China Affairs Development at TusHoldings UK Ltd., and Wang Zhanyun, Project Assistant at the Tus Cross-Border Innovation Platform, also took part in the event.
