On September 16, a delegation from Türkiye's Calik Group visited TusHoldings for in-depth discussions on jointly developing an industrial park in Türkiye and putting the "Twin Parks in Two Countries" model into practice. The visit was brokered by China International Exhibition Center Group (CIEC), whose Chairman Lin Shunjie led the delegation. As a partner of TusHoldings, CIEC recognized the natural fit between the Turkish side's needs and the TusHoldings model in the course of its international work, and actively brought the two sides together. The delegation was received by Wang Jiwu, Chairman of TusHoldings, and Sai Fulin, Executive President.

At the meeting, Wang Jiwu presented TusHoldings' "Twin Parks in Two Countries" model, its overseas innovation network, and the TusHoldings SCO Green Industry Innovation Center. TusHoldings operates more than 300 innovation bases overseas; in projects such as the Ningbo China-Italy Industrial Park and its parks in Shanghai, a science park serves as the engine driving the development of a broader industrial park—a proven pathway. He emphasized that parks, whether in China or abroad, must be rooted in their local and regional context: a science park acts as the "heart" of an innovation ecosystem, industrial development proceeds in parallel, and strong ties with local government, universities, and financial institutions keep the project sustainable. Yahya Abdullahoglu, General Manager of Calik Group, introduced his company. Founded in 1980, Calik is a leading Turkish conglomerate operating in more than 30 countries across construction, energy, finance, and other sectors; its bank is Türkiye's only direct participant in the RMB cross-border settlement system. The group opened a Shanghai office in 2018 and has been deepening its presence in China ever since. He said Calik hopes to build a long-term, in-depth, strategic partnership with TusHoldings, leveraging Türkiye's position at the crossroads of Europe and Asia and its tariff advantages to give the cooperation solid local support. After thorough discussion, the two sides reached broad consensus on the cooperation framework: drawing on successful precedents such as TusPark Cambridge, they intend to select a site in Türkiye for a jointly developed industrial park powered by the dual engines of a science park and an industrial park. TusHoldings and Calik would lead the project, bringing in financial institutions, local enterprises, and universities, and would seek to elevate it through platforms such as the SCO into the two countries' intergovernmental cooperation framework. Yahya stressed that keeping promises lies at the heart of Calik's culture, and that both he personally and the group will throw their weight behind the project—"I look forward to our next meeting, when both sides can bring concrete results to the table." Wang Jiwu noted that China-Türkiye relations are at their best in history, that the two companies complement each other well, and that now is the ideal moment to deepen cooperation. Also attending were, from the Calik delegation, Li Xinyao, Director of Corporate Development and Strategic Relations, and Okan Toprak, Commercial Projects Director and Beijing Representative; and from TusHoldings, Liu Yuanzhi, Secretary to the Chairman, and Zhang Ruochen, Project Manager at TusStar.
