The 5th Global Digital Trade Expo was held in Hangzhou from September 23 to 27, with Premier Li Qiang attending the opening ceremony and delivering a speech. During the expo, Yang Ming, Vice President of TusHoldings, met with Escipión Oliveira-Gómez, Director of the Division of Country Programmes at the United Nations International Trade Centre (ITC). ITC has worked closely with China's Ministry of Commerce and the Zhejiang Provincial Government since the first expo and was deeply involved in this year's event. The two sides held in-depth discussions on building a Global OPC International Community Innovation Center and on "Twin Parks in Two Countries" international sci-tech innovation cooperation.

Earlier, on September 19, an ITC delegation visited TusHoldings at TusPark, where the two sides exchanged views on developing the UN International OPC Community and discussed proposals to establish a Global OPC International Community Innovation Center in Beijing and build district-level empowerment centers—laying the groundwork for this further exchange.
Building on that foundation, the two sides went further into the cooperation model and next steps for the Global OPC International Community Innovation Center, and explored "Twin Parks in Two Countries" cooperation. The aim is to combine ITC's international cooperation resources with TusHoldings' science parks and global innovation network, connect international universities, innovation institutions, and industrial resources, and promote technology commercialization, two-way business expansion, and international sci-tech innovation cooperation.
Both sides said they would further flesh out the details of this cooperation and continue to advance the Global OPC International Community Innovation Center and "Twin Parks in Two Countries" initiatives, drawing on their complementary strengths to connect global innovation resources and open up practical pathways for SMEs going global and for cross-border sci-tech innovation cooperation.
