The CEO of TusPark, Prof. Xu Jinghong Attends the 25th IASP Annual ConferencePrint

The 25th annual Conference of International Association of Science Parks (IASP) was opened on Sep.15 in Johannesburg, South Africa. Many people attended the opening ceremony, including the deputy president of South Africa, Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka; the director of Science and Technology of South Africa, Mosibudi Mangena; The Chairman of IASP, Chachanat Thebtaranonth; the Director-General of IASP, Luis Sanz; and more than 400 managers, experts and scholars from all parts of the world.

Before the opening ceremony, the CEO of TusPark, Prof. Xu Jinghong met the chairman of IASP, Chachanat; the Director-General of IASP, Luis Sanz and expressed congratulations for the opening of the annual meeting. He also invited them to attend the “2008 IASP-ASPA Joint Conference” which will soon be held in TusPark. The Chairman Chachanat and the Director-General Mr. Luis happily accepted the invitation and wish the meeting be successful.

The senior vice president of TusPark Herbert Chen; the general manager of TusPark (Kunshan), Liu Wanfeng, the general manager of TusPark Business incubator Co., Ltd., Qing Jun, and the general manager of TusPark (Shaanxi) are also attended the conference.

Before the conference, the vice president of TusPark, Herbert Chen also attended the Board meeting of IASP. On that Board meeting , daily operating situations such as the financial condition, changes in membership, and change in Board member were discussed and the candidate cities for the 2011 annual meeting was determined.
