June 2011, 4th New Sub-province, XiXian was announced to set up. After that, the site selection of Xixian New Area Administrative Committee began. After several detail expedition and argumentation, it chose Qidi scientific park and signed the sntract on july 5th 2011.
The management committee of Xixian sub-province locates in 3 to 10 floors with the coverage over ten thousand square meters. This new act starts the construction period for 4th new sub-province.
