In the afternoon of 18th July, with the company of Guo Shengkun, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Party Secretary, Chairman of Autonomous Region People's Congress, Ma Biao, head of an autonomous region, Hu Heping, Party Secretary of Tsinghua University, Jin Xiangjun, Party secretary of Guangxi Yulin, Qin Jun, vice CEO of TusPark, signed the cooperation agreement and decided to co-build the scientific park. Mayor Han Yuanli, deputy secretary of Yulin Liu Zifu, municipal committee Li Changguan, and other leaders attended the ceremony. This signing marked the opening of the corporation between Tsinghua University and Yulin City.
